This Branch in Southaven is not at all great or good on any level.. The customer service sucks the workers have no personality at all. And the bank itself really sever no purpose for it to be a so card credit union.. I’ll be switching soon.The drive through is so slow it’s ridiculous! Service is just slow period.

This is the first time that I actually was pleased with my experience at this location. I really appreciate Ms. Sunny, she has an awesome attitude and is very understanding. Thank you again for being what this location needs which is awesome customer service representation.

If I could give them a 0 then I would. I went inside to speak with a banker. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, a teller was with a customer and the other teller just finished running a transaction and walked away eating a snack. The branch manager sitting in her glass office and door closed. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and no one talked to me. Then when the teller finished with her customer she looked at me and said can I help you, I stated what I needed to do and she said you can go ahead and knock on the door of the branch manager. So I knocked and the branch manager said it will be just a minute. Very poor customer service from all their employees, no communications between each other and they lost a customer.

Use their ATM machine. They deducted money from my account but the machine didn’t dispense my money . It locked and then the screen displayed “ATM OUT OF SERVICE “. Called both numbers and couldn’t get any assistance. I will never ever go there again. I’m out of a lot of money. The next day (September 3, 2021), I went back to the bank after 1:00pm and explained what happened. The teller lied and told me that according to their system it was reversed. On September 4, 2021, I checked my account and 443.50 was deducted from my account and I never got the money from the ATM. The teller that I spoke with did not do whatever she could to help and told me that there was nothing they could do . I’ve been getting the run around since September 3, 2021 and they should have counted their ATM to see that it was off by 440 and charged me 3.50. Do not go here

I’ve been with first south for 20 years. It was my first savings account. I’ve held on to them out of loyalty, I’ve went on to add a checking account over the years all while banking with another bank. Today the new staff refused my withdrawal off of a deposit. I’ve done this before with no problem. Well on my next free day I’m going to close all my accounts with First South. It’s time to cut ties! I left and went to my other bank and had no problem pulling from my deposit.

This credit union will NOT give you the BILLS you request. The only give you $100, $50 and $20. I asked for $100 in $10, $50 in $5 and $1 in $20. They told me, I can only get what the dispenser give out. Why I cannot get the bills I request? I went got $600 out the account. My request for $10, $5 and $1 wasn't given to me. I was given (3) $100 bills, (4) $50 bills and (5) $20 bills for my total. I did not receive a by $10, $5 or $1 bills. Why be a bank or credit union if you cannot get the BILLS you request? I'm closing my account.Don' t deserve one star. ??

“Sandra the manager” brings this entire credit union down on her own. Her customer service training needs to be re-evaluated as well as her position in the company. The abrasiveness and disrespect received from her has me scared and embarrassed to enter the facility. I’m praying that the district and Corporate managers gets involved.
