I just wanted to recognize a super awesome employee by the name of Paul who works in auto radio. I purchased a Kenwood car stereo for my Jeep late last year Jeep installs aren't easy but he did a great job! I think it was before Christmas last year and today I stop in to buy a new iPhone cable. As I walk into the store I bump into Paul he recognizes me and helps me pick out the correct cable That's pretty good customer service

They stole from me and tried to SCAM me.My pc would not boot and i did not have time to deal with it. So i had my girlfriend just take it to them. After they had my PC for 2 business days they give us a call and tell us the GPU is messed up and if i gave them $300 they could fix it. (on top of the $190 i already gave them)I stated that the part was under warranty and i could just pick it up and RMA it for another. And then out of no where they say “well there could be an issue with the ram too”. When right before they tell me it’s just $300 and i can have it fixed… Loli get there and now all of a sudden it’s not the GPU anymore and they say the CPU is fried from too much thermal paste ??? which isn’t possible btw. lol.At this point it seems fishy so i just get the PC and check it out myself. I start to put it back together and realize they KEPT MY POWER SUPPLY CABLE AND THE MOUNTING BRACKET FOR MY COOLER FANS…….I finally get it back together and the CPU was not fried and it booted right up after i reseated everything.So not only did geek squad southaven lie and say my CPU was fried they also stole important parts from me. I wonder how many people just cough up the money for parts they say are messed up when they aren’t really messed up. This is 100% a scam they run regularly where they just get the okie dokie and steal peoples working parts and money.

The Southaven location customer service is just awful.. Three strikes your out ..I've dealt with Best Buy for years..For some reason I have to go to the Poplar location for great customer service. Across town is just a little too much when I live close by ..Anyway Lowes gained 2800 cash the same day, a new customer and my items were delivered same week...Goodbye Best Buy Southaven

Alicia is rude and unprofessional! Not only was she rude and unprofessional to me as a customer but to her cashier as well. The cashier was professional and kind throughout the interaction. Alicia began the interaction with a poor attitude and it only grew and got worse during the conversation. She offered no resolution to the situation and got mad when the young lady tried to help her to find a resolution. All this after waiting 30 minutes for her to come to the front of the store when she's the one who had ask me to return earlier in the day to give her time to figure out the issue. I had arrived at the store the first time at 3 pm and returned at 6:30 pm. She didn't come to the front until 7 pm and started out having a nasty attitude and being rude, while lying about certain things that I had proof of and was confirmed by the cashier before her arrival to the front of the store. I feel bad for the employees that are under this lead. Alicia needs anger management and customer service training at the very least!

Do not pay for a warranty there geek squad is trash. I bought a dryer from here and now it is not working they made two appointments and have not made it yet. One appointment does not even show in there system. I have now been without a dryer for a week and have to wait another week for them to get here then wait for them to get the part to fix it. Stay away not worth it at all. Horrible experience and when you call to complain they do not care to help!!

I was 2nd in a line of maybe 3 customers at geek squad counter in Southaven MS BestBuy on Sunday morning just after 11am. when they open for business. The woman behind counter listening to the first customer in line looked up at the two of us still waiting in line and yelled that she was busy all day and didn't have time to for us.

DON'T BUY from them!!! We paid extra to have an old dishwasher hauled off and new one installed. They scheduled an appointment and never showed up . They even called twice to say they were on their way! We rescheduled, but of course we had to wait another week. This time they did deliver, but refused to haul off the old one or set up the new one. They promised us someone else was on their way. Guess what? Nobody showed up! Rescheduled again.... just called and now they are saying they won't be here. Go anywhere else!!

First time I have ever gone into a store and the employees had so little respect for customer who was so ready to purchase a refrigerator. The first person was a manager in the refrigerator dept. who just walk away, maybe something I said but really. A young lady went to get someone to help but they never came. Three associate who appeared to be carrying on a jovial conversation at the exist tried to help but it was too late then. Do I really have to beg for Best Buy to sell me a fridg???!
