The only complaint I have is their hours state on their website and their sign is they open at 8am. Blatant LIE.I was there at 8:05,closed. Called them and was told she would get in contact with a driver to open the office. Driver git there at,wait for it,9:02. 1hr of my morning wasted. Just honor your posted hours,or change to 9:00 ,but besides that,the driver did handle the transaction efficiently.

Thankful for mom & pop auto shops such as Griffin & Son Auto Service, LLC! I was quoted $1200 from a big name auto shop for some work I needed (and didn’t need, apparently) and Carson Billingsley got me fixed up for 1/3 of the price with an honest diagnosis!! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal service! I was experiencing some horrible scrubbing when driving. As it turned out, I needed brakes & rotors repaired BADLY. This was my first time here and these guys were able to service my vehicle promptly. Very very personable, which you don't find with a lot of today's companies. I kind of hate Google's search method, because this company should pop up on the FIRST page. Google clouds their results with "popular" big name companies that do half quality work, rather than best options at the top. I will definitely return for future work.
