I have been storing with this hamilton location for 4 years. I love the employees! Emily and Terrin are awesome and easy to work with! This facility is always kept clean, and most importantly rodent free! My belongings are kept safe with the security gate and I love the new surveillance cameras! Thank you for keeping the prices low in comparison to other storage facilities in town!

I provided 1 star only because 0 and -stars aren’t available.
The manager, Emily, yelled at me for asking about the mileage on my return U-Haul rental AFTER she reviewed the mileage herself. She said she couldn’t remember the mileage, couldn’t print me out a receipt THEN proceeded to tell me I was being mean to her due to her political affiliation. As a customer, how do I know who her affiliation is??? She showed me her t-shirt, which I never saw. I didn’t walk into the store to observe her clothing, maybe I was disturbed by the fact the business looked more like someone’s home with the small children behind the desk, sleeping bags, loud cartoons and pizza. I called the supervisor, Stephanie, in the midst of Emily’s yelling and Stephanie wouldn’t acknowledge the behavior. I asked her if she heard Emily yelling, she said she heard “something” the call with Stephanie ended with her agreeing to at least call Emily to better understand what was going on. This matter will definitely be reported to the U-Haul corporation.

I went in the office to talk to him about my bill the young lady behind the counter was very rude I believe her name is Emily she would not help me as I had to wait for her to acknowledge I was even in the store as she was cussing and yelling at the poor boy that works with her. After resistance with my bill for a grace period to avoid a late fee bill that was 2 days late and she still wanted to charge me a late fee on there cut me off it would not let me explain the situation of the bank fraud that I had faced and that my assets were locked up in my bank as I was leaving I heard her call me the n-word as I was walking out the door as she didn't think I was out the door already. The young guy that works there called me to tell me he'd work with me on my bill and apologize to the situation I've heard not helping me I didn't even tell him what she called me as I was walking out the door even though that he did that it still wasn't enough I went ahead and moved my stuff out and went to another storage facility I don't recommend this place if she's still working there.
