I didn't lease a vehicle. I was picking up my brother.I feel that you should be able to get a refund for early turn in vehicles. Because it was paid in advance they wouldn't.It's not smart on them. They could Release it and make more money.Which they needed another vehicle for a customer, but didn't have.

We showed up to pick up our car we reserved months in advanced. First off, the employee was 10 minutes late opening. Then they tell us there's no cars available and they don't know if they will get any in. I'm sorry, what?? The whole point in RESERVING a car is to make sure one is available when you need it. Don't even go with Hertz in general. We rushed over to another Hertz in Memphis and their system was down. Poor company all together. We went through a travel agent for this reservation. I wish I had read reviews before we confirmed because this seems to be an ongoing problem. I don't know how they are still in business.

I would give zero stars. Pick up was scheduled for 9am its almost 1030am and im still waiting for a car. I didnt choose a certain car it was suppliers choice. At least 5 people have came in after me and received their rental but im still waiting. Askes if i could use their restroom since ive been here waiting for so long and i was told they dont have a restroom. Which is clearly a lie bc i see the restroom through a window. Their rental agents are slow and suck at customer service. I rent cars alot and this is the worst.

Do Not Rent Here!Car smelled of smoke and was on empty when clerk passed the keys to me on pick up. She apologized and said they didn’t have time to put gas in the car and informed me that I could just return the car on empty. I didn’t need the car as long as I expected therefore returned it sooner and with gas. I requested a gas credit and was informed they didn’t give credit.

I wish I could give zero Stars I had a confirmed reservation showed up to pick up my rental car and was told that my rental car was not held and that my price on my confirmed reservation would not be honored I was then told in a very rude manner that if I wanted a rental car the only rental cars that were available we're going to be for a higher price than my reservation I called the customer service line for Hertz two times and reached someone in the Philippines each time and was told by both Representatives that hurts does not have to honor my reservation either by holding the vehicle or by honoring the price what is the point of a customer making a reservation if Hertz is not obligated to hold a vehicle or honor the price? I was treated extremely rudely especially by the branch manager whose name is Latasha or La trashy or some such like that I will never do business with hurtz again. Oh I forgot to mention I'm a continental Platinum one pass member and when I complained that my Reward Points were not being accrued for this reservation I was dismissed and told there was no way for them to give me the reward points I normally book my rental car through the Continental website however since I was not booking a plane ticket on this reservation I didn't know how to get the reward points and the staff either refused or did not know how to help me get my reward points so incompetent as well as a rude I highly recommend you do whatever it takes to rent from someone else or do business with someone else

I had received this confirmation for a rental. I took a $125 Uber to Memphis to pick up the car. I was told there was no car available. I asked for suggestions; shrugged shoulders. Talked to the desk person, the senior person, and the Manager; offered no help other than "this happens all of the time!" Talk about poor service! This is the definition of it for sure!

If I could give a 0 I would. I have never experienced such an unprofessional group of individuals. The lady at the counter was eating a bag of doritos and smacking while talking to me. If the location knew before I arrived that they didn't have any vehicles to accommodate me the decent thing to do would have been to call. However, as always you have incompetent individuals who are hired and can't be professional. Thanks for nothing Hertz

I always receive top notch service when renting a car from this location! No long waits, extremely pleasant atmosphere, choice selection of vehicles and a quick and smooth transaction from the beginning of the rental to the return. Tasha has the most amazing personality and it reflects throughout the entire team!

The 2 ladies in the facility are hard working and dedicated. Being short staffed can stretch anyone but they're taking it in stride!!I mentioned in passing that I was an asthmatic and they made sure I had a smoke free vehicle.
