H&M offers great products at cheap, good prices with a huge selection of cute clothes. The store is nice, clean, and organized. Many find it a great store with great customer service, noting that employees go above and beyond. However, some experiences vary, with one customer reporting an employee who was unhelpful at the fitting room and register, handling a situation poorly. A practical note is that items can shrink when washed, so it is advised to size up and handle the thin material with care. Some customers also wish for extended sizes. While most find it the best store, a minor inconsistency was noted where fitting rooms were not open despite signs indicating they were. Select stores are now open, and face masks are required for entry in all US locations.

The colors are all the same black, dark blue, etc. No bright fall cor summer colors. This store used to be up to date. I always leave with nothing. I have a gift card to use but never really see anything I want to use it on.
