the workers at the register are annoyed when you ask for a managers opinion, and then the manager does not come to the register. they went and “asked” and came back with an answer. not the best customer service, sadly

The colors are all the same black, dark blue, etc. No bright fall cor summer colors. This store used to be up to date. I always leave with nothing. I have a gift card to use but never really see anything I want to use it on.

Stopped in this location yesterday to browse for some spring clothes. I see a top I liked but it wasn’t in my size. So I notice no one was in line but there was a lady behind the cash register that appeared to be texting on her phone. So I walk up to her excuse me. She gave me a look of like WTH you want. I ask her if a top isn’t in my size but maybe online can it be ordered and shipped to me. She says yes you can order it yourself but we can’t with the nastiest attitude.
I walked right on out and I refuse to purchase the top online now because of her attitude.
This was between 2-3pm, March 16th she was down right rude and nasty. Light skin female curly hair Nasty attitude!!
Side note: the reason why Ann Taylor, Loft stores like that will always succeed they go above and beyond for their customers. I truly understand if their policy is not to order online in store but it’s all about how things are said and your attitude.

Today was different starting off with the fitting room around 5:57pm. I walked up to the fitting room and asked the employee if I could get a fitting room, she said okay and continued putting a swim suit on a hanger. Afterwards, she sat the swimsuit down and looked back at me and said, “you can go in” without giving me a number or anything so I said, “oh, I was waiting on you to finish with the swimsuit so you could give me a number” and she said no and proceeded to do something else. After that, at the register she scanned my items and walked away. When she came back, I asked her if I could sign in to scan my points because that’s what I usually do at H&M and she replied, “I can’t sign in” and I said, “well, usually when I come to H&M I scan my code connected to my email” & at this point she gets loud and say, “well, can you sign in?” I replied, “yes, just give me a moment.” However, at this point I was just ready to go because she could’ve handled that so much better especially because I was being so patient with her. (Light Skinned toned, curly hair, didn’t get her name)
