Bought nice sectional in Feb 2022 was offered insurance on furniture was told it’s great n highly recommended. So I purchased which was an additional $150-200. I got a stain on a seat cushion and called the store was told to utilize the insurance file a claim. I did. Filed claim mid March 2022 a technician came out May 13th wrote up form to replace cushion cover. Didn’t hear anything until July and via email from claim that insurance claim was approved and it only covers this one incident that if anything else wouldn’t be covered, but I was told it’s a 3 year coverage. Anywho it’s almost September 2022 still no cushion cover, I call store no answer. I email company for claim they say the store location can only give me the ETA on cushion cover. Finally get in touch with store they clueless. So, lack of communication false advertising I rate 2stars!

Definitely a nice clean safe location. This was an area where people are still being safe and aware of the FACT that Covid still exists. More mask wearing than not. The only place on our trip south where people were responsible for their own and others safety. It was so appreciated! Thx Home Depot for a safe respite from an ignorant norm.

Dont shop there dont pay with debit card. If they dont deliver product, you will not get money back. These men in Southaven dont do their job Aunt has waited 2 years for refund. On bed frames.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased 2 mattress and box spring sets in October 2021 with a promise it will arrive by November. November came and still no mattresses. Was told it would be on a truck coming later that week, still no mattresses. I was also told there would be a restock fee if I asked for a refund. Why is there a restock fee for items that aren’t in stock? SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! I purchased my mattresses somewhere else and I got my money back WITHOUT THE RESTOCK FEE.

I put furniture in the layaway at the store on summer ave in Memphis Tn tried calling no answer so I called the store in Southaven Mississippi to find out they closed the summer ave store no one told me and then went to the Southaven store was told the set I put up was discontinued and that I can’t get my money back so I’m stuck trying to pick out something else that I don’t want

These folks got over $2000.00 of our money over 5 months ago and will not refund it. I did not get the furniture and they have lied repeatedly about the refund. There is no way to talk to corporate and there manager of the store is Incapable of doing anything, not even communicating with corporate.Do not trust this company
