I have no idea if they actually go through with their appointments or just pick who they want to go first but I set an appointment to be the first person seen there every time and every time I'm the last guy to leave this place it's ridiculous a simple oil and realignment turns into a all day thing don't go here

I am so thankful that they resolved the issue with my android auto while they serviced my truck. Excellent job. Also appreciate them working my truck in, without an appointment and notifying me when it was finished.

Always a pleasure to go to Jimmy Gray! I was going on a trip and forgot to get my oil changed (which April always texts me to remind me) and I forgot. I called at 6:50 AM and a very pleasant lady answered the phone. I didn’t expect them to answer because they don’t even open the service department until 7AM. I pulled up at 6:55 AM, the service department doors open at exactly 7AM. Very friendly service tech said they could do it, but might take a few minutes extra since they had to fit me in. 30 minutes later everything was finished perfectly! Jimmy Gray Chevrolet has consistently been the best customer oriented business that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Waiting rooms and restrooms and showrooms are immaculate.

I met salesman Randy who told me he would contact me upon arrival of the Tahoe delivery. He was off on Wednesday but he called and let me know they were delivered and told me to get with Rachel, another salesperson.She was great and I love this new car!No pressure and the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I'm traveling from out of town. There is only ONE certified tech to work on my Volt. The tech projected they'd need my Volt 3 days! I asked why and was told there are 20 vehicles waiting...so uh why you want to hang on to my car? Schedule much? BUT they did work me in...?Update: My car was completed a day early. At least that is better than 3 days...

I was in and out within an hour and a half. Previous experience at dealerships have been 4 hours minimum! The sales associate was amazing she showed me the ins and outs of my new truck. She treated my wife and I like family from the moment we exited our vehicle!

Very good experience in all phases of the buying experience. Randy was very personal, but could tell he was new at the dealership. Needs to slow down and think and than react. I believe he was a little too excited an needed to slow down a bit. Wayman did an excellent job, professional and was not pushy at all. Very polished. The female at the desk was great. Would have been nice to have been introduced to the GM. The service manager was great. Will be easy to work with. Thanks for the hat!

I'm grateful to have Jimmy Gray service my Malibu 2015. I have received great service, since I purchased my HHR 2012. I miss a lot of employees that's not there anymore, but the current employees make me feel just as welcome as before. Rachel Pope was awesome. I came in wanting to look at the new Trailblazers. She pulled up one that she new I would like, and she was right on the first try. I expressed my concerns with her about buying a new car and she had them all alleviated in 5 minutes. I am a paraplegic who has to drive with hand controls, so it adds complications and stress to buying vehicles. She got rid of all of those stresses and made the rest of my visit pleasant. I walked out the owner of a brand new Trailblazer RS. My whole family has purchased their vehicles from Jimmy Gray and I will continue to do so. I would recommend Rachel to take care of anyone.

I always have good service when I go here for my oil changes and car’s needs. Nick, in the service department is always helpful and great to work with. He is usually the one I work with; however all the staff are great. They have never told me my car needed something it didn’t need. This place has never tried to tell me I needed a service or something replaced when it didn’t need it.

Great customer relations, Alberta was very helpful in helping me with my decision making process. She even helped with getting a couple issues changed to suit my needs in a truck. Everyone was so friendly, I must admit I was ready for that customary haggling process and all the salesmanship that I've had to deal with at other dealers, NOT THE CASE AT JIMMY GRAY CHEVROLET!Great experience.

I called Jimmy Gray Chevrolet on last week and I was sent to Rachel Pope. She was extremely amazing. She got me the truck that I wanted, she personally held that truck for me until I received my insurance settlement and the monthly payments were better than I expected. She got me a great deal. She walked through the process with setting up my truck step by step. She even checked on me after I drove off the lot. Also, a special shout to the manager who allowed her to hold my truck until my settlement came. It was the truck that I wanted. I'm very satisfied with and I love my truck.

Couldn't be more happy with my experience at Jimmy Gray. The staff was both courteous and helpful. Brandon was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions perfectly. Love my new truck.
