Ehlana personality is so welcoming, she is so cool and helpful. She made sure I knew how to pick my sizes in different shoes and made sure I tried on a similar shoe to be safe before I reordered my shoe in store with her. Stay beautiful!

Zach was so friendly and helpful! They didn't have my daughter's size but went ahead and ordered it for us. And they let her try on multiple styles to help her decide what to get. Best experience I've had at a journey's location.
