Was in need of a truck and my boss suggested this dealership said he had been using them for years. I got with them and they helped me find the truck I was needing and helped me through the whole car buying process. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around . They are very professional and will help you find what you're looking for at the price you can afford. I'd suggest Lander's to anyone looking to buy a vehicle !

The people at Landers Chrysler were outstanding. The problem that’d I came in for was checked and the Tech explain what was going on in normal terms. Got a front end alignment , and time spent getting the work done was great. Thanks to all that helped me. Drove 3 hours to get my work tells the story.

Took quite a while and service was just average. Drove my vehicle 6.5 hours to Alabama and it stalled again... Same issue

Not bad, if you don't mind waiting for a 3.5 hr. Oil change for $109......though the staff was relatively friendly....... found out later, through my own investigating, they had splashed oil all over the cover entrance to oil intake. With this much over splash, it probably took an hr.or so to clean-up. They didn't say a word. Not professional from Landers Auto Group, a Southaven, MS Ford Service Dealership. Very disappointed

Very poor customer service. Had to rent a car from Enterprise and come over to the service Dept to find out how my car was doing. Had a transmission replaced. I'll save you all the ugly details. Never got a call back from service advisor.
