The people at Landers Chrysler were outstanding. The problem that’d I came in for was checked and the Tech explain what was going on in normal terms. Got a front end alignment , and time spent getting the work done was great. Thanks to all that helped me. Drove 3 hours to get my work tells the story.

Took quite a while and service was just average. Drove my vehicle 6.5 hours to Alabama and it stalled again... Same issue

Very poor customer service. Had to rent a car from Enterprise and come over to the service Dept to find out how my car was doing. Had a transmission replaced. I'll save you all the ugly details. Never got a call back from service advisor.

When my Cherokee broke down, Landers said they needed the work so we had the tow truck take it to them. 2 days later they said they had too many other jobs in front of us so it would be later than expected when it was looked at. 2 weeks later they called to say we could pick it up but we had to pay half of the repair cost even though our warranty covered it 100% minus the $200 deductible. We drove 45 minutes to the dealer to pick it up but received a call when we were two miles away saying we couldn't get the vehicle because they had not received the payment from the warranty company. I spoke to the warranty company and was assured that the payment had been authorized at noon that day and all Landers had to do is draw down the payment. I had the warranty representative say that to the service manager but he wouldn't even listen. He and the service associate were very rude through this whole process on top of us being out a vehicle. we trade cars very often and would not recommend his dealership in for anything.

Went in for a tire issue, low pressure, and an oil change. Discussed with the service representative about replacing the tire, if needed. He also suggested new wiper blades and tire rotation.Tire was filled with air, but the rotation didn't happen, according to the multi point inspection form. However, I was charged. Even though the report claims all tires in the green, I had a large nail that I discovered after I called roadside assistance for a flat tire.

Needed work on my MAF sensor. They found it was the wiring was bed. Took care of it and made the whole experience good. No problems since then. Great team of people there.

I'm not sure I believe a car-buying experience has ever been "fun" for me, but I was finally in the market for a new-to-me SUV and the team here has taken great care of me. Can't say enough nice things about how Matt and Chris have been. Thanks!

Worst service department ever. Appointment for oil change for Dually pickup was at 11am. Have to make Appointment for dually because they only have 1 bay for the dually pickups. Waited an hour for the bay to be open then another hour and 15 minutes for the oil change. What is the point of making an appointmrnt?

Dropped my Dodge Caravan off Wednesday for service. My sliding passenger door would not close properly. Thursday I called to get an up- date on my vehicle. After several calls to the service department I was unable to get in touch with anyone. The service department phone rang and rang unanswered. Finally voicemail answered, says leave a message and someone will call you back. I am still waiting for my call back.Friday I called, it took 3 tries before ultimately reaching someone in service.The young lady told me it would be TWO or THREE weeks to repair my passenger side sliding door.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I came to this place for an oil change appointment at 10:30. I sat in my car, under the bay for 30 minutes while 8+ employees stood around and didn't acknowledge me. I was instructed to wait in my car the last time I came here on Monday 5/8/2023, so I assumed that was the proper protocol. I finally got out of my car to talk to someone a part of the staff only for no one to acknowledge me, once again. All I got was weird looks. I then went inside to talk to the front desk receptionist and a car salesman who immediately helped me with a job that they had no part of. After coming back out to the bay, I realized that a white man who came here about 20 minutes after me was getting his keys taken for his car to be serviced, while the car salesman had to ask several people to write the paperwork up for my oil change. Let's see how long it takes them to get this 15 minute job done.

I gave this place a second chance after they insulted me on the phone a couple of years ago because I was a woman. But joke was on me and anyone else who uses them. I made an appointment about a month out due to not needing my car for a few days thinking this would be super convenient to get some work or at least a diagnostic test done. They had my car for 4 days open 7AM-6PM and didn't look at it. I will never call them again or dare buy anything from them that could need their service.
