The landers gmc on Goodman road Southaven Ms, has the poorest service department regarding customer service of all service departments I have ever used. Poor communication with lack of knowledge regarding my initial visit. I took my 2022 GMC Denali truck with 61,000 miles by the service department for a ticking sound in the motor. The service tech told me to just drive my vehicle until it quits. He never offered to take a look at it. The vehicle stopped while driving two weeks later. They had to replace the entire engine. Save yourself time and money. Take your vehicle to a different location for service. I’m sure all other Landers locations have top notch employees in their service department .

I bought my GMC Terrain in 2017 at Landers. I have always had it serviced there. They have always taken care of me and my Terrain and I have NO reason to go anywhere else.Thomas is one of the BEST mechanics and answers or helps me with all my questions. Very Professional! He’s a 4 ????

Mykal was great and I appreciated the service everyone provided. This was for service to my 2019 Buick Enclave not purchased there. I made an appointment and it didn't take all day. Mykal was informative and transparent throughout the entire process. There was also an employee I stopped and asked for a bottled water. Have no idea his name but no matter whatever he was doing before I stopped him, he provided me with a bottle of water. Thank you.

They had my car for two weeks, and it was absolutely impossible for me to get a hold of anybody to give me a price for the single item that I wanted fixed. when I was transferred to service nobody answered the phone and transferred me to a voicemail box that was full. This happened several times

The most unprofessional dealership in Mississippi. My car has been in their care for a MONTH and two weeks almost. Whenever I call, I can never get directed to someone that can update me about my car unless I call multiple times. The assistant who was a big help, Velencia, no longer works there. You can call as soon as they open, there still wouldn’t be a manager you can speak to. They ordered the wrong part on my car and I haven’t heard anything back from them since. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

I was sent to your dealership by the Memphis dealership. Let’s just say I will now be transferring ALL of my business and service requirements to your dealership. Mr Thomas is excellent. He is friendly, professional, communicates what is going on with the vehicle and makes you feel like you are his most important customer. THANK YOU!!

They did warranty work last time replacing the fuse box and replacing two oil pan gaskets which it is still dripping oil and we're still having problems. Made an appointment for Monday Augusta 28th for 2pm. You can almost never get anyone on the phone in the service department. When you finally do they we are going to get to it in the next day or 2 they say. Called many times & been up there twice & now called again Tuesday September 5th same story. Trying to understand why we called and made an appointment in the first place if it hadn't even been looked at a week since the appointment. If you need service .work I would find somewhere else

Can't really say whether service was good or bad. I brought my vehicle in and was told it would be a few days before they could look at it. They had it a week. They checked my vehicle in and I got a message saying if I needed anything while my vehicle was there, don't hesitate to ask. They didn't respond to calls or texts and would never return a message.

Excellent service. Tommy P. was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the process. My car issue was resolved in no time and my car is driving great! I highly recommend the service center.

Terrible customer service.The service managers never answer the phone or call you back, if you leave a message.They also like to place "Guess the broken part". They wanted me to pay $700 to replace a part they stated, "they thought was the problem".

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve was patient and eager to help. The entire team was fantastic. Usually I don't enjoy dealing with car salespeople as soon as I get to a car lot. I like to find a few cars then talk to the salesperson. When Steve came walking out of the building before we had even stopped our car, an audible groan came out of me. However, we spoke to Steve and he told us to stay in the car because it was so hot and he would go get some keys to vehicles to start them up and let them cool of before we looked at them. Steve did everything you would expect a really good salesperson to do and then some. Explained the vehicles to us and was full of energy. Not pushy energy...the good excited for you energy. We bought the vehicle and the entire team was fantastic. The sales team were more like family than people competing for business. I would highly recommend not only this dealership but also any person on the sales team, especially Steve.

Decided to buy another vehicle after owning a 99 blazer for 22yrs. Hector was super patient and he took the time to let me test drive several of the vehicles there for at least two months until they got the one I like. Everyone there helped ease the buying process.

Does not deserve a single star I made a mistake to stop by for maintenance scheduled service on truck and being closer to where I live I decided to give them a shot.Terrible customer service and don't even care to address your issue

I made 1 call to Calvin. He told me to come on over to see him. We were greeted nicely and within an hour and a half I was leaving in my new 2024 GMC AT4. Great customer service. Thanks Again!! Calvin
