The 3 staff members I encountered were very polite and happy we were there - Jason helped me. I flagged him down as he finished with another customer, & told him: because of a physical disability, I can’t be bending over, squatting and digging through all these clothes. I showed him the particular item I needed and gave him the sizes.
I’ve never experienced such a stellar interest in my needs, with a sales person in a clothing store, much less such a show of compassion and over the top service from a total stranger.
I just want you to know that you have an employee that I would call “a diamond in the rough”. I hope you, as a company, treat him as well as he treats your customers. Pls make sure his manager hears of this service encounter- I won’t ever forget it. And I will be going back to see Jason at this Levi’s store.

This place needs someone to work that knows how to do customer service. The guy there played on his phone when I asked him questions, I got pointed in the direction, or he just ignored me totally. Very dissatisfied with the worker.

Went into store looked around for a minute or two. Then the 4 girls standing at the register yelled to the store that it was 6:00 o'clock and the register was now closed and they would not check anyone out. It didn't make sense that they would not check out anyone that had picked out items to buy. Basically saying it is 6 o'clock and get out of the store during the holidays. I asked could she check us out with what we had and she said no the register was closed.it was exactly 6 o'clock. Crazy I won't twist your arm to take my money. I just won't be back here again.

I stopped by the Levi’s store in Southaven, Ms. for a quick shopping trip to find something nice, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with one of the warmest welcomes I’ve ever experienced. The team was exceptional and delivered exactly what I was looking for. One young lady helped me put together an outfit and even encouraged me to try it on to make sure I was happy with my choice. At checkout, another team member made sure I received my tax credit for a nonprofit purchase. I may have forgotten their names, but the experience—and a picture—speaks a thousand words! 😊💡😊

Friendly staff, large selection of all the great fits, I'm a 541 man myself, and my wife is a 311 lady. There's always a sale going on in the store, and the clearance selection is always really good.
