I went to Lowes today to buy a zero turn lawn mower. I contacted someone in that area and she took me to another person. We all went outside to look at mowers and I showed her the one I wanted then she walked off with another customer and I was left just standing there. My wife had picked out some things I paid for them and left to never return. This store is the Southaven MS store and I guess I will buy my mower from Home Depot.

Went to rent a carpet cleaner. I have rented many times from Lowes. I waited to rent it and was told that they could not rent it because no one had a key to unlock them. Are you kidding me that I couldn't get one because no one in the store had a key. Recidious. We wound up going to Home Depot no problem. That needs to be fixed. Lost business today

Wow, what a great experience at Lowes. I had to pick up some soil today and boy was I dreading it.
But when i arrived I just so happened to approach a gentleman ( Deavon ). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and accommadating. He went above and beyond to make my visit to Lowes pleasant. His customer service skills were off the chart.
People could learn something from this guy. Just saying...

Review Update: 2 days later and still no complete set of materials. They We’re supposed to be delivered 5 times this week. I’ve just gave up for now. Management won’t touch a problem with a 10’ pole. Daniel Davis, Store Manager is one of them. Don’t buy a remodel project from Lowe’s. It will interfere and ruin your peace for 6 months. Stay away. Stay far away.
Time to add to my review. Here we are, February 6, 2025. It’s now been 5 months since I purchased my floor and backsplash. The disposition of the backsplash debacle ended with a total rip out and replacement, sometime in the future. Finally I’ve been informed the flooring material is all being delivered tomorrow for a monday (2/9) installation. I’m not holding my breath. The worst part of this ordeal is the emotional side. Strung along for 5 months. Spending litterly hours on hold almost every day. The lies, the management avoidance. I hope Lowe’s learns from this. It will probably get an incencere apology like last. So my fellow shoppers, if you need a nut or bolt, it’s your place. If you need a floor or any remodeling, stay away, stay very far away !
On October 6th, 2024, I purchased a quartz countertop, backsplash and tile floor. The countertop was installed a week later and is perfect. However, when they finally got to the backsplash install Thanksgiving week, it was a total disaster. Wrong tile, wrong grout and terrible install with cracked tile, over cuts, wrong levels against wall, and they decided to use my porch rail as a workbench. And drilled 1/2” holes in it. So here it is, 104 days after purchase, no floor, and a disaster backsplash. I’ve tried to reach the store manager Daniel Davis 12x. And he’s never been available. I don’t recommend doing business with Lowe’s for home improvements. They don’t know what they’re selling, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Stay away, stay far far away.

Curbside sucks. Waited over 30 mins in reserved spot. Came in waited while cashier at returns desk couldn't operate a return for a customer. Another associate came up to the counter signed in to return computer, never acknowledged me who was closer to her or even asked who was next in line. I had to ask her could I get some help I've been waiting for over 30 mins. Her first question was, Have I checked in? Well duh it's clearly on your screen that we both see.. Lowes In Southaven please do better with your customer service center. Also another lady was waiting for over 45 mins the screen shows this.
