“I like to say a few words about pinnacle I've been getting my CGM supplies for about 2 years. So let me talk about their customer service department; they are top-notc. They treat you like you are the only customer they have. They've never tried to hurry you off the phone, they treat you with respect. This company has the right name medical solution because they will find a solution for your problems. They rarely get your order wrong but if it happens they will try their best to fix it in a timely manner. The last thing I would like to say is you may find another company that does the same job but it's not pinnacle I've been dealing with this company for 2 years and in my humble opinion, it does not seem they were there just there for a paycheck. The people I have talked to in my opinion seem to me they are really trying to help. They are very professional, and I have recommended this company to my family and to my friends and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of service. “I love this pharmacy! Started using them because their pricing was good, and my friend had such good things to say. I completely agree with her now - I can call with any question about my meds, and they are all so helpful. I am on a complicated drug regimen and I feel like they are always looking out for me, especially making sure I don’t have any contraindications between medications. “The Diabetic Store use to be one of the best places in ******* but Not Any More. I spent more than a few minutes trying to order an Easy Touch pin needle, should have been easy. The customer Service contact didn't have a clue. Then he said he would have to check the warehouse. Then he hung up on me. I called back and the second *************** up on me. The third guy was very nice and by now i'm pretty hot. He try's to help me but I can't make him understand what I want. He said you will have to talk to the Pharmacy and that he didn't know that much about Pin Needles. By now I am real exasperated. While I was chatting my wife went to Easy Touch.com and ordered exactly what I was looking for. I will be using other sources in the future. This was a Bad Experience”

When I called to find out if I could purchase dry ice and to make sure they had some available, the simple answer was "Yes ma'am, that's what we do for a living. We have it."When we arrived, the gentleman behind the counter helped us determine the appropriate amount we needed and helped us get on our way.Skip the grocery stores and check out nexAir. They have the coolest dry ice ever!”

“I am new to this arena and started to read the negative reviews here and couldn't disagree more. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I have only had my APAP machine a few days. However, when first contacted by Rotech, Kimberly in customer service was fantastic and made sure that I had my insurance correctly handled before the new year since my deductible had been met. She followed up time after time. My appointment went without a hitch. Sat in my car for maybe 10 minutes before being called in. The RT was very polite and went through my machine very diligently and made sure I had all my questions answered. I actually wanted to meet Kimberly and she was the same in person as on the phone. Completely genuine. It is nice to have customer service like that these days. I even met her manager and I personally thanked them for their help and service. My experience has been great so far and hopefully the negative reviews are just one-time events. Time to spread some positivity to those that deserve it.”
