The customer Service contact didn't have a clue. Then he said he would have to check the warehouse. Then he hung up on me. I called back and the second *************** up on me. The third guy was very nice and by now i'm pretty hot. He try's to help me but I can't make him understand what I want. He said you will have to talk to the Pharmacy and that he didn't know that much about Pin Needles. By now I am real exasperated. While I was chatting my wife went to Easy Touch.com and ordered exactly what I was looking for. I will be using other sources in the future. This was a Bad Experience”

They treat you like you are the only customer they have. They've never tried to hurry you off the phone, they treat you with respect. This company has the right name medical solution because they will find a solution for your problems. They rarely get your order wrong but if it happens they will try their best to fix it in a timely manner. The last thing I would like to say is you may find another company that does the same job but it's not pinnacle I've been dealing with this company for 2 years and in my humble opinion, it does not seem they were there just there for a paycheck.
