Dr Natarajan is kind, and gets my medical needs met. I suffer migraines but they aren’t as severe or as many anymore.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this doctor!!

I have been seen at this facility 4 times now. During my in office visits, I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours before being called back. Next two appts were Telehealth. Telehealth appt was nearly 4 hours behind. They didn't call to let me know and when I called to check after it was past time, they rudely told me he hasn't gotten to his telehealth appts yet. Once we finally got on call, we chatted for no more than 10 mins. going over same stuff we did last appt. so I will be billed yet again for a 10 min phone call convo that was not productive.

I was well pleased with Dr Natarajan. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He shared that his goal is to provide wholistic care, which is not the norm with many physicians in this day and time. I appreciate him and his staff for providing me with excellent care and hope!

If I could give zero reviews I would. This is the biggest joke of an establishment I’ve ever experienced. If you cancel an appointment you aren’t able to be seen again for another several months. Wait time is ridiculous. You need to talk to a nurse practitioner? Good luck because they don’t return phone calls even if you leave a voicemail. Will be trying to find somewhere else to go to.

Unfortunately my experience has been very poor. The follow up from staff nurses or doctors is none existent. It took a month to get a follow up appointment scheduled. I’m still waiting to get a call to find out results as well and it has been two weeks. You call and leave messages and no one answers or follows up with you. I’m disappointed and it is frustrating to wait to find out such important information about your health. I would not recommend this office.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!This office and this doctor are INCOMPETENT. They have demonstrated nothing but negligence and a straight up lack of care. My mother is sick and has been sick for a while. She has migraines that have her throwing up and unable to get out of bed for several days. They are causing her to not be able to see. We have been fighting to figure out what is going on with her. She has had to quit her job. She went to Memphis Neurology and has had THE WORLD'S WORST EXPERIENCE. I think this practice should be SHUT DOWN.They were supposed to send a referral to a rheumatologist for her. She had to follow up with them SEVERAL times prior to giving up and going to her primary for a referral.This office scheduled an MRI for her which she desperately needs to get, and they coded it as "back pain". SHE HAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HER BACK AT ALL.Our insurance called their office SEVERAL TIMES 2 days prior to the MRI and left messages, and so did we and we got NO RESPONSE AND STILL HAVENT. She was supposed to already have had the MRI but couldn't because this office couldn't bother to answer the phone. All we needed was it to be codded correctly in order for her to get the MRI.Do not trust this office with your care. You will regret it.Even if your doctor here is competent, the staff here is not. They will not even answer the phone or return messages. Hoping this glowing review will cause at least some of you to make a wise choice and go somewhere else.I promise you all these positive reviews are family and friends. This place is trash. Don’t let your loved ones go here
