My husband and I came in today for him to buy a sports jacket. He had never purchased one and therefore wasn't sure of the size or style he needed. Quincy greeted us as we walked in and asked if we needed help, and (of course) we did. He then helped him find the right style, color, and perfect size. We were in and out with exactly what he was looking for in about 15 min. The store is pristine and this gentleman was so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much, Quincy!

The lady that asked if I needed help didn't seem like she was knowledgeable with attire. She also seemed as though she didn't know what the store actually offered. On top of all of that, she came across like she didn't want to be at work and it was almost a burden for her to help me. This location would be better off closedif this is the type of employees that work at this location.

Thank you much to Quincy. I came into your store on yesterday & was greeted by Quincy. He made my grandson feel so comfortable while shopping for his Prom Suit, this being his Senior year. He was very professional and listened to the details to what my grandson wanted, the color & style. Quincy, again thank you for being an awesome salesman. The service I received for getting fitted and my suit on time was exemplary. That I have to travel and can return my suit to an alternative Men's Warehouse location is of tremendous convenience. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Ms Betty truly helped us identify color patterns, correct cut, so we can match when we go to the wedding. We had already purchased a suit but when we talked to her we realized we needed the RIGHT suit. She has 35 years experience in suiting men- why isn’t she getting a bonus on sale? She had us return the other for the one she helped us find? Men’s warehouse needs to reconsider bonuses for their sales departments for all they do.We asked if she made commission she did not offer that information she’s too polite. You can’t find a Ms Betty everywhere - I hope you recognize her excellence

Got a call on my way back from looking at some land. I needed a suit off the rack for the following day. There is no time to have it tailored. Walked in, a nice young man didn't even hesitate to approach me to offer assistance.This impressed me because my wife and I had old clothes on with holes in them. We had dirt on us, we just spent time walking around in woods in the rain.He was spot on, he put everything together from suit, shirt, tie, and shoes. We were out within 20 minutes.

Coming in for a fitting was a pleasure. Fast and easy process and the employee that helped me was easy to work with for the fitting. Picking up the tux was a bit more of an unpleasant experience. The employee that helped me was brash forceful and not very pleasant. Dropping off the tuxedo was a problem as well. I was told numerous times that they opened at 11 and to return the tux the next day. I arrived at 11:09 and the sign on the door says opened at 11:30. People plan their lives and have things to do. So me and other customer are waiting in the parking lot since 11:09 as the employees are meandering about the store and we can see them. They know we are returning and just dropping the tux off and have to desire to just let us drop it off and go. No money needs to be exchanged nothing. Just drop and go.

My wife and I walked in today to buy two suits for me for Father's day. One customer came in behind us. Another customer came in for returns. Shortly afterwards another couple came in and an associate came to to them immediately, then the customer with the returns was served. While my wife and I, along with the customer who came in behind us was totally ignored. So we actually went to Dillard's and bought two modern suits, two golden label shirts, and a tie. Moral of the story, never judge a book by its color, or how someone is dressed. Everyone who walks in, is a potential customer. No wonder Men's Wearhouse stock price is $13.14 a share.

My husband needed a suit due to him losing weight. The attendant measured him and helped him pick out his entire suit. It looked great. She was so nice. Would recommend anytime.

Went in today to rent a tux for my son. The girl with the sparkly mask on was extremly rude. She huffed every time I asked a question. We've never rented or owned a tux before so I didn't know what the differences were in the tiny pictures she showed us. I asked to see one of the jackets she huffed, finally brought one out (after saying they didn't have one for us to look at) and then hung it on a rack behind her before we could even see it. My son told me she rolled her eyes at us as we were leaving. We will not be spending our money at this store.
