Staff not very kind disabled friend. Two cashiers went back and forth on who was going to check my friend out. She was treated like a Pariah. The person they were comfortable to check out laughed at their avoidance of my friend. When I saw this type customer service, I was very hurt. We'll still shop there because we can. Management please remind them to be mindful of those less fortunate than them. Humor is always welcome but not at the expense of someone's disability.

Hoy 30 de dicienbre 2023 vine al old navy tome la ropa que no me pude comprar para navidad y ropa para mis sobrinas estaba muy contenta pase al clearance no me da pena decirlo es la unica forma personal enque me puedo comprar algunas cosas parami y la familia pues soy de un presupuesto muy bajo y esto lo hago cada 6 meses o 1 vez al año .Elproblema esque vine compre ,pague y no me dieron completa toda la ropa y fui a otra tienda tarde otro rato sali fui a comer lleque a casa quitanto los precios de clerance que pena no lo puedo dar asi estaba quitanto y apenas me di cuenta me falto una bolsa de ropa la empleada no me dio todo lo que compre alli se quedo y yo que onda gaste mas de lo que tenia que gastar y no tengo nada solo un papel dice dice que gaste mucho entonces me levanto temprano mañana y espero me den toda esa ropa no puedo dar una buena opinion espero y vean las camaras que nunca recivi completa mi compra Regrese hoy ala tienda y le explique ala de la tienda que habia pasado y justo buscaron mi bolsa entre varias que parece igual que yo olvidaron y le dije cual ropa y que color que del pantalon que color de blusas y si tome la bolsa correcta checaron mi recivo GRACIAS OLD NAVY por brindarme tan buena atencion me llamaron y de la misma tienda para saber si ya habia tomado todo el producto y le dijo mi esposo todo esta arreglado de verdad estaba preocupada

Illegal and unethical!!!! I was at Old Navy, where I spent $455.10. The cashier asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card, if approved it would give me a discount that would bring my total under $300. I have a credit score of 784, so I figured it would be good to get the savings. I was shocked when my application was declined. I was so embarrassed to be denied right in front of a crowd of people, when I know I was qualified. The cashier said I would get a letter explaining why I was declined. The next day, I received an email congratulating me for being approved for an Old Navy credit card. They denied me in the store so I wouldn't get the savings. Then sent me the credit card hoping they'd get money out of me. Typical bait and switch tactics. I called Barclays and they blamed the store. They sent me to the store's customer service, who said it was the bank's fault. Both were pointing fingers at each other and neither was accepting accountability for their blatant illegal tactics. I will never use this bank for anything and I'll never shot at Old Navy again!!

Very unpleasant experience. Was not greeted whatsoever. Had to walk past numerous employees and they were listening to music, laughing, and talking about "someone losing their job."At 6:50, I was told I needed to hurry because they were closing in 2 minutes. I said, "oh, online it says 8." She said, "No. It's 7. You have 2 minutes." Ummm, what??Super rude and unprofessional. I just put my things down and walked out. I will never come back to this store.

I went to pick up my pickup order and a skinny black woman with the black wig told me that my order was online which it wasn’t so I had to go through customer service just to be told that my order was there ? someone please send her through training because that was unnecessary . And she was rude

This was my first trip to this Old Navy since I am new to the area. I checked the hours before I went, because it was about a 25 minute drive for me. Knowing that they close at 7, I arrived at 6:15 & was promptly welcomed at the door by a young woman who told me they close in 20 minutes. I said, "oh, I thought you close at 7:00?" She said, 'we do, but we have to have time to recover." Between 6:15 & 6:35, I was rushed & personally told by 3 different employees that they were about to close." I left the store with my purchase at 6:40 & the manager locked the door behind me! I think that this was unacceptable! Most stores simply make an announcement overhead when they are getting ready to close, & not chase their customers around! Also, if they close at 7:00, why are they locking their doors at 6:40???
