Laney gave me stellar customer service from the time I walked in until the time I left. I love her upbeat, positive attitude and very helpful picking out the correct boots I needed. Wow. Laney was super helpful when we were up there on December 26, 2023. My stepson had gotten some boots for Christmas that were a little too big. She helped him find the perfect size for his feet. She was informative and really nice. If you need some really good boots I highly recommend coming to this store for all of your boot needs!! Thank you Laney!

Big shot out to Kristi Taylor and Laney Clunan, they made my experience with red wing so great! They made sure I got the right size, and also made sure I had insoles that were very comfortable! Great customer service, I will be telling others about my experience!

Both workers were very helpful. Went in and asked them if they had my size, they immediately showed me 8 or 9 boots in my size, made a recommendation based on what I wanted, scanned my feet for insoles, helped through the entire process. Will definitely be back at this store in the future for my boot needs.

I normally don’t write reviews but Laney clunan went all out to help me find the perfect boot for me. She was very informative and could reference facts of the models I was interested in. Definitely coming back when I buy my next pair of Red Wings!
