I stopped by Public storage on 6/05/25 not even sure if I would be renting a storage at this location but after meeting and talking with Chris the on-site attendee she quickly helped me to make up my mind about renting a storage at this facility.
She was professional and courteous and had an answer for all of my concerns. The facility was spotless and free of trash and debris thank you Chris for helping me make up my mind about renting here.

Yesterday I had issues reserving a unit. Runetta at the Southaven location on Airway helped me so much!! Great service and attitude. I highly recommend this location.

I caught Chris closing trying to leave the location to head to another. Literally key in hand trying to eat her lunch. She stopped and showed me around, sold me a unit, took her time and made us feel so comfortable. She tried to finish fast but unfortunately, when she looked up 3 more customers had come in. She just smiled and welcomed them. This is customer service! Thank you Chris!
