My gosh! Great customer service, even after the sale. Ordered rare, hard-to-find items. They kept me informed and when the items arrived, alerted me. I was very impressed with everyone there. This is the old school hardware store where everyone seems to love being there. I will make Southaven Hardware my first stop.

I came here by recommendation from a salesperson at Lowes. I had become extremely frustrated searching for hardware to put a daybed together. My search began on a Friday... I went to Hubbards hardware first, asked for 14 screws and 8 nuts...i brought the exact screw that i needed to match. I was given a bag of 2 different size screws and neither of them matched...the thread was too coarse. I returned them and was told that they did not carry the size screw i needed. My journey began...went to Home depot, Russell hardware, Ace hardware, Walmart, then Lowes...no one carries this magnificently rare screw! Omg...ive never been so frustrated in all my life....over something that seemed so simple! Here it is Tuesday and upon my arrival to Southaven Supply a very nice gentlemen (I wish I knew his name) greeted me, took my screw and led me towards the back of the store. While we walked he told me that it was a furniture screw and then said it was for a bed...I was so impressed!! Everywhere else i went the salespeople seemed just as lost as i was being a woman in a hardware store. Not only did they have the exact screw in stock he even taught me a couple pointers about shortening the length of a screw with a nut! After arriving home and putting the bed together with no problems i was ecstatic! My 'bed' task was finally done!! Thank u Southaven Supply! I should have went there first!!! Lesson learned. Dont waste your time going to any other hardware store!!!

The BEST! They have virtually everything. Skip ordering online, just head on in and a friendly helper will help you find anything and everything that you’re looking for. Significantly better experience than the big box store.
