Dude at the drive through was hostile. Looked like he wanted to try to fight me because I ordered a large instead of a venti or whatever. Glared at me while I paid. Kid needs anger management

The people that work for this Starbucks do not care about customer service. I waited at the window for ten minutes to pick up a mobile order that was already prepared. No one would acknowledge that I was there. They were just laughing and carrying on and having a good time. I finally honked my horn to get some help and was handed my drink like I was a nuisance. This used to be one of the best Starbucks. I can’t believe how ugly it has become all the way around.

We went this morning. The coffee was made wrong. We didn't know until we got home. It was an expensive mistake. It could be consumed.

I went in to order and have a seat. The restaurant was so dirty and unkept. There was paper everywhere and water stains on all of the tables. The garbage can at the door was even falling over. I left without ordering.

Lobby is closed with no note on door or information on app. Staff was not happy to answer any questions. Didn't even order.

This location had not one person in line when I walked in at 8:09am and yet I walked out at 8:38am. I watched 10 - 15 mobile orders go out before my one honey citrus mint tea. Even the 3 people that ordered after me received their orders before me. When I finally said something, I got the excuse that she was making ours at the same time and mine takes longer.I'm assuming the young lady at the register was new because she moved very slow and looked confused. Only one person spoke to us as we waited for our orders to be taken. The atmosphere was dry and everyone there looked like they were ready to go. Not sure if you give your employees tea or coffee. But baby please do if you don't. They looked tired.Definitely not my best experience at this location.At least my tea was still good!!!

Not necessarily bad but not great; boxes all over the place. Mentioned a fly in the food display box and the employee responded with, “we don’t serve food from there”, as if that made it better lol.

Bacon wasn't even done. The bread was hard as a rock.Got a breakfast sandwhich and a coffee and paid $15 and some change. They have seriously lost their mind.
