The customer service here SUCKS!!! I waited for a tall drink for 20 minutes while everyone else that came in after me received their orders. They also made the wrong drink, the cashier had an attitude because she had to remake my order & I did not receive an apology AT ALL.

I asked for a chocolate chip cookie in the drive through. They said they didn’t have it. I walk in and BAM mf chocolate chip cookies. But didn’t sell cafe food at that time. :(

really great staff always super friendly. The store is very neat very clean. They’ve really taken time to detail one of my favorite Starbucks Starbucks to stop and get a coffee. If you’re in the area stop in the Starbucks I guarantee you’ll be good they’re very consistent, very professional again. Restrooms are clean stores clean, need are in order and the employees are very nice and friendly.

Popped in yesterday for breakfast. They were not very busy. Friendliness was lacking. And apparently it's difficult to time it so food and drinks are ready about the same time? Got our hot chocolate and our latte. A fair bit later the chocolate croissant was ready for us. Then a fair bit more later the blueberry muffin was finally ready. Dude, they only get warmed up. They aren't actually prepared fresh. The timing is all wrong.

Place says they're open until 9, doors were locked at 8:19. I figured they may be short staffed at the lobby was locked. Tried to place a mobile order and it said they weren't taking any more orders. If something was going on they should have posted something on the door to the establishment.

I walked in here to get a coffee, and stood in front of the register for about 7 minutes before someone showed up, and looked at my face without saying a word. Workers look miserable, and I walked out. There is a common theme throughout this Starbucks location. Attitudes driven by misery. No thanks.

Horrible service…multiple people working on a busy Saturday, but half of them are standing around talking. Ordered one drink and a food item. After 20 minutes of waiting I inquired about my items and was rudely told they were over 30 minutes behind. First of all why would you not mention that when people order. In addition you probably won’t be so behind if your staff wasn’t standing around and gossiping. Was told if I have a problem with the wait then I can just get a refund. Horrible service and attitudes all the way around!

The closing team was very nice and welcoming, but I specifically asked for the shaker to be cleaned out because I have a severe gluten allergy. The lady was very nice about it, but did not put it in the machine and I ended up reacting to the drink I had. I looked at the drink cup afterwards and it did not say to clean out the shaker. Other than having an allergic reaction, the service was great and timely.
