    I attended a Aerial Yoga class for my birthday celebration with friends. It was fun, slightly difficult but the instructor Maggie was amazing. The group was very excited for the class and we had a great time. I would recommend this activity for an awesome girls outing....

    the classes here are the highlight of my week. everyone is so welcoming and nice and even though i’m a complete beginner and it can be challenging - they make moving around fun and that has motivated me to improve!

    Jill hosted a team building event for our work group tonight. We did Ariel Yoga and is was a lot of fun. Some of us were running late and she was super easy going about it. She was very accommodating and nice. The class was fun and informative.
