Order was completely incorrect!! Tried to call, got voicemail. Consistenty bad food and service. Just close your doors, fire all the staff and save everyone some time. You clearly hate the customers!

Second time I found some random item in my food. First time it was something black and rotten looking..Second time it was something burnt and unrecognizable. Won't be eating here again.

The worst Taco Bell ever. They are always out of something. They always close before close time. For example, I showed up at 1:30am tonight and they close at 2am online. I was greeted at the intercom with “ welcome to taco bell we are out of chicken and beef”. That's fine but the worst part is I asked what do you have. They said steak I said do I have to pay extra for a steak taco and the answer was yes. I work in food service I get it you run out of stuff, but this customer service is terrible

Good Lord! Just went through Taco Bell and waited 30 minutes for the wrong damn order. We ordered a #1 and two bean burritos and got home with two quesadillas and two taco Supremes. My kid is NOT happy!This place has gone down hill.Wasted $18.00 on two Pepsi’s.

Consistently wonderful staff, I drive past 2 other taco bells to come here. Even when they are backed up and the wait is a little longer, they to make it right and are pleasant. These are hard working people. Especially the young lady working the window right now. She has exceptional customer service skills and should be recognized for that.

Whoever the night shift is need to be fired I’ve placed my order at 11. I placed my order online I get there they talking about they’re closed and they close till 1am . Ive been in the line for a WHOLE hour they didn’t even start on my food until I got out the car to walk to the window to see what the problem is and they tried to get me a refund because they was trying to close an hour early!

There were no other cars in the drive thru when I pulled up yet I still waited 25 minutes to get my order. Not an uncommon occurrence at this location. These people are horrible!

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. There are 6 employees in the back playing around and someone who looks to be management playing with them. I placed my order at 9:20 and it's now 10:49. I'm the only one in the lobby. Mind you the lobby closed down at 10pm the drive thru does not have a turn around so once your in line you are stuck. Anyway. They gave me my order they even said they triple checked it. Well I didn't get the two crispanadas note did I get my cheesy beefy nacho. My tacos are soggy because they made them first. There is only one person in here that was trying to make out food and get us out of here. He was respectful caring and also was the one doing all the cleaning (Grover ) this man Really needs a raise. He is carrying the weight of the whole team. The other foul mouth employees who complain about the menu items and complain about the customers coming in should probably be eggs to use their expertise at another location because clearly they don’t wanna work here

Dined in. Four other customers got their orders before mine. Spent almost 70 dollars. Crew said they overlooked the order because of a shift change. Asked for a refund and only one person knew how to do that. Crew said it wasn't their fault. Then said they would have the order ready in five minutes. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone even answered and they were putting out drive thru orders with no problems. I understand if you are short handed but don't understand not trying to help the customer. Really bad experience ?

The food was better than my normal taco bells in the area the manager Emarald was doing a good job at making sure everything was right and in order and everyone got their stuff and it was prepared well . BEST TACO BELL EVER!!!

People were waiting for over an hour for their food and when I finally got mine it was wrong and poorly made. This isn't the first time it's happened at this location but it will certainly be the last time I go there.
