I had an opportunity to shop at this children place and the customer service from Ms. Nancy was excellent. Ms. Nancy assisted me in finding items and suggested a lot of cute outfits. I really appreciate the customer and assistance given on today.

This cashier had a line of about 4 people for over 20 mins due to her and the other customer having a Hr conversation. She didn’t have a care in the world for the customers. How are you slouching over the counter while on the clock??? On top of me having to swipe/insert my card over 50+ times just to get the transaction to go through was pathetic & a total inconvenience. Never going back

Cashier was rude, the hanger got stuck and didn’t say excuse me. All she said was “why is the hanger stuck”, like if i knew. She didn’t seem to be happy. And the other associates don’t greet customers when they are walking in.. Thought about canceling my transaction but i was not going to drive to wolfchase, plus i have a trip so i really needed the clothes for my kids. But next time i doubt if i return to this location!

I went in for neckties for my sons. Only found small sizes. I paid, and asked the cashier if they had any bigger ties. She took me over to where I had been before..I had missed the bigger sizes! The store was busy and she had a hurt knee. I am so thankful she still took the time to help me.?

I'm here at 11:18 ready to shop. The store should opened @ 11 however it's closed. Call the store and a very rude woman answered the phone and said she was waiting for her employee to get to work. She has texted him and she's waiting to hear back. I can see why she's having trouble getting anyone to work with her with her attitude. SMHRH What happened to customer service?

I made a purchase online May 15 still haven't recieved my order but have been charged. Continue to call for the last 3 weeks getting the the run around. Hanging up and having me on hold for more than 20 minutes. This is very annoying and frustrating. I was told to pay the minimum and it should arrive within the next 3 days..NOT. Terrible terrible. This store is Racist. Me and my boyfriend decided to come shop for our children at this store but I guess we looked ghetto because they called security. It was as if they thought we were gonna steal or something. I have never been so offended in my life, as if our money dont spend like the next person.

I made an online order and went to pick it up at the store in Southaven, Ms. First off, the cashier did not greet me and when she gave me my order one pair of pants was totally different than the others. The pants were size 6 but were bigger than the other pants. I asked to exchange the pants and they didn't have another size 6. I asked to just switch the color and they would not do it. Next, I asked if they could check another store and the manager would not call. The manager told me that that pair of pants were old and they didn't have anymore. I asked why did they put those pants in my order if they knew something was wrong with the pants why would they put them with my order. They said that was all they had. I am so disappointed because they were very rude and did not try to help me. They tried to make me pay more money for a different color pant when all of 6th e pants were the same price I just used a coupon. I ended up asking for a refund and I will not shop there again.

Ordered online 3 weeks ago still says my order is in process and can not reach anyone at the customer service keeps hanging up on me for 2 days!! No way to talk to anyone about my order?!?!? The stores say they have nothing to do with online

Seeing as I do most of my shopping online. I decided to go in the store today for my return and to get a few things.After my visit today I will never step foot in this store again! Upon my arrival I spoke to the two associates there and neither spoke ..I guess they had to finish their little gossip session. They were bad mouthing someone from another store. Which by all means say what you want but unprofessional in every aspect. Moving along , I looked around for literally 2 minutes ,swapped my paints out . So one of my items didn't have a tag but still had the original stickers on them. She said she couldn't let me swap because it was missing a tag and that she had know way of ringing it up. Mind you I was getting the same exact pants but diffrent size! She refused to exchange them and the pants never had the tag to begin with. It was scanned from another upc tag of the same jeans! They continued to gossip my whole transaction as if i was i interupting them. I called a few hours later to speak to a manager and hung up in my face as soon as i asked and told them what it was in regards to! Absolutely ridiculous! Bottom line if you do not want to work in customer service,then don't! If you chose to shop at children's place I advise you to do online or find another location.

Usually I go to store in Cordova. My first time to this location. The lady works there was so nice and friendly. She gave us price match. They have good collection for kids. They give 30%off if you apply for a card with them.

Horrible store. Place was a mess. The manager Amanda could have cared less about the appearance of the store or how her cashiers are doing. Would recommend the consumer find a diffrent location
