My experience was excellent at The Great American Home Store. Bernita Roberts was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I absolutely love the bedroom set that we purchased and it was delivered in a timely manner.

The shopping experience was pleasant. Jordan was very knowledgeable and courteous. My problem only came when it was time to do a return through the 72 hour program. Lady in CS was very rude and talked down to me. Jordan failed to mention that I would be responsible for another delivery fee if I did have a problem with my selection. Also, I called to speak with a manager and I never received a call back. Unhappy customer.

The salesman was friendly and took his time in showing us couches. We decided on one to be delivered at another date. The store manager, Barbara, was very professional and helped me to move my delivery date. I explained the situation with my home renovation delays and she was able to extend delivery.

I have been doing business with GAHS since 2005. David Loftis was my first salesperson and took exceptional care for several years.I recently bought a new home, and needed a few items. Tina Lane helped me with my specific needs, and was totally “no pressure”. I appreciate that about the sales staff at GAHS. Sometimes, you just want to look at things and ponder on it for a bit. Furniture is a big purchase and I have been so pleased with the quality and durability of the items I have chosen over the years. GAHS will continue to be my “go to” for furniture.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sales lady was FANTASTIC! Bonita showed us all the mattresses & answered all our questions patiently and efficiently. Highly recommend her!

I love this store! The people working there are all so sweet and kind. My furniture was delivered by some young men that were so nice and knowledgeable. They were finished setting up my furniture in no time. For a great shopping experience, I highly recommend this store!

I was apprehensive at first going in because I normally associate Great American with big bulky dark furniture for extravagant homes. However, we found some really great items there! We picked out our sectional. It was delivered perfectly and we absolutely love it!

My sectional is paid in full and I paid almost $400 for delivery now they’re telling me I have to wait a week and half…! No one informed me that the delivery could take that long! And the store manager wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t even call me to tell me that it had arrived.UPDATE: As you can tell, this is more than likely not the owner, as the response to everyone is very generic and repetitive to the customer’s initial complaint. I’ve talked to the store manager Jeff twice today to no resolve. My only option is to wait a week and a half for my order or contract with another delivery company to get it sooner. They take your money and couldn’t care any less about your COMPLETE customer experience. If this was “really the owner,” they have my phone number in the system. If they really wanted to correct the issue they would be calling me instead.

Buying the warranty was the best. After having the furniture for few months. Called for repair the technician came out, identify the repair. Said he had to order parts and would contact me when the parts came in. Three weeks later I received a call , saying the manufacturers did make the part needed anymore. I was able to go back to the store select and was given credit toward a new furniture. I was very pleased with the whole process. I will definitely come back to your store for any future purchases. Love my new furniture.!! I do feel like the salesmen could have done a little better job, they said they would contact me when order was in but, they did not! I called to check on one piece and was told my other furniture was in and waiting on one piece,. That was great it came in 2 weeks early!!!

I purchased a queen size mattress set for about $700 dollars this last week, it was delivered this past Tuesday July 24, 2023. I took pictures because the springs in the mattress are picking out. The seam at the foot of the bed are stretched to where it will pop a lose if we sit on that end. The spring on the other corner is bent as though someone might have sat on that corner. It really looks as though it either was at on the floor as a display where everyone can come an test it out or it was a return from someone another customer. I paid too much for it to have something used. All Im asking for is replacement mattress, new and not used. If they charged me new price I should have a new product. I sent pictures but she claims that she dont see the problem. If I said that its not satisfactory why cant they do the right thing and replace it. $700 is not easy to come by and its not chump change. Someone is suppose to come to look at it tomorrow, but if they dont feel it should be changed then it wont be changed. I am a customer that shouldnt have to go through this. I would like a replacement or my money back and Ill take my business elsewhere. Am I hurt, yes I am.

Jeff Crosby and his team of contracted delivery guys did a wonderful job connecting to us through texts and phone to be sure our deliveries were successful. The guys set up the beds and were so very polite and helpful. Jeff helped to arrange each bed we ordered by case number since we ordered so many. He did well keeping up with our needs and we will return for additional furniture items in the future. Thanks for making it a smooth process and for getting the beds to us on time.

There are Clear paths through the furniture for a wheelchair. The staff is amazing especially Al, help me find what I was looking for right off the bat. The delivery guys were very accommodating for a third story apartment. Nice and polite.
