I only went in to get a few tires plugged or patch and I was recommended that I needed brand new tires due to the upcoming weather. I was a little reluctant because I was on a budget but needed to be on the highway immediately for a family emergency and they saved the day! “My daughter and I had a flat tire and no way to fix it. No spare, no jack, no fix-a-flat. My daughter called Pep Boys and told the manager our situation. She (didn't get her name) sent Derrick out in his personal car and he jacked up the car, took the flat off and took it back to the shop. He put a new tire on it and brought it back, put it on the car and got us on our way. Big shout out to the folks at Pep Boys off of Goodman Rd in Southaven.”

“I've done business with Discount Tire for many years in three states. This location is top-notch!Brought a company truck in for a couple patches from nails. The service advisor inspected the condition of the tire and discovered a side wall knot concern. We decided to replace 2 tires. Not only were they thorough and priced fair, but they had my guy back on the road with 2 new tires and a rotation in about 20min flat! They are a very busy store and made it happen for me!
