“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”

I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and honest in telling me what he thought was wrong and that I shouldn't have any trouble getting home to get the work done on it then. He didn't even charge me! Really appreciate an honest shop these days.”

“Excellent!!! Front end was shaking on my car. Went to three shops, couldn't fix the problem. Finally I found out my wheel was bent, the entire side of the wheel is why I didn't see it. Had to have been a pot hole. I called Wheel-Tek, ask if he could do to now. He said come on, I was there, I'm guessing 45 minutes and he had my wheel ready to go. Fixed and balanced. Would definitely recommend Wheel-Tek if you have a damaged wheel.”

We had to wait about 5 minutes for them to take the car, and the tire was patched and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Courteous staff, very reasonable price for the repair, with no attempt to sell us a new tire, when the original tire was reparable.”
