Mail carrier leaves packages laying on the open door of my mailbox instead of delivering to my doorstep. LAZY ! Packages are prone to water damage and theft..STOP IT YOU IDIOT.

Lost title in the mail 3 times?? I’ve sent off for a title in my name, registration office says they sent it so I called post office they never got it? Don’t have tracking number, HOW HARD IS IT TO DO YOUR JOB?? Yes I sent same review to registration Dept. I guess you dont have to be a rocket scientist to have a State or Gov. job

Having to wait in line for over 30 minutes just to pick up a package is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Terrible customer service!!!

I put in a mail hold but they didn't hold the mail. Just kept delivering the mail each day and stuffing it in the box. I know the mail wasn't held because I cross reference my "Informed Delivery" app with each days mail and what was in the mailbox - PRIOR TO THE RESUME DELIVERY DATE. Poor attention to detail.

We keep getting the peoples that stay here before us mail, I keep telling putting Returns To Sender on the mail & put it back with the thing up either they look at it & don’t care they let in there I have evening told the mail person

I just bought a house and the seller had lost the keys. Thank you so much for your promptness installing a new lock and being so friendly. It’s nice to know that I have a local post office that is so professional and helpful.

This is where packages go to die. Every one of packages that has tracked through this facility has been delayed or lost. Customer service is no help. They say it is not their fault. The last time I called they said that customer service is not for the person who has a lost or late package so I had to talk to the company that shipped the product.

This by far has been the worse experience for me. My package was suppose to be delivered Wednesday 04/06/22 and because of my mailbox not being able to shut properly it didn’t get delivered. I scheduled a redelivery for the following day to be dropped at my front porch. Yet still not being able to get package, I called usps and was reached out to by the postmaster stating my packing is there and I can pick it up . I go to pick up my package and after looking for 30+ minutes they couldn’t find it . Then I get told my package didn’t have a apartment number that’s why he didn’t deliver, yet he knew to leave a notice stating a problem with my mailbox. I was told I would get a call back the next day after questing the courier the where about of my my package and of course no one bother to call me. I once again called usps to file a claim and now waiting to hear some more excuses again. At this point my package was stolen.
