They don’t even deserve a star. I went in to get a passport picture for me and my baby and Jill was being super rude to us from the start. She asked who the pictures where for and I told here for me and the baby and she told me rudely that they don’t do babies and then said so I understand if you wanna go ahead and just do both of y’all’s at the post office and I was like no I’ll just take mine. And she was just being very unprofessional and rude. So she is about to take the picture right and right before she does she then says “these are for a US Passport right?” And then I said yes but I shouldn’t have to explain myself to her. I’m just there for the photos. That really made me upset like my blood boiled so she takes the picture I should’ve already been gone by then but no…I stayed. And then she goes to print them out and says oh but they might not even accept it since you’re wearing white so by that time I’m already upset with how Jill treated us. I said just forget it I don’t want the pictures. And I kindly asked for her name and left. Never in my life have I experienced this much hate at a Walgreens for my skin color. Jill if you get to read this I hope god helps you with whatever you are going through and forgives you for the way you treated us and anyone else that may have encountered with you.

Refuse to give my meds according to my insurance policy, and when I ask why they can't, no one knows the answer. This doesn't make sense since I tried to get my meds for months. I never had an issue with this in the past. I put in my order, and instead of calling to tell me that their system wouldn't allow a 90-day supply anymore and they aren't sure why. I just kept getting the run around, It's like they don't understand how important it is for someone to have their meds, unbelievable. I even called my doctor's office, and they called the Walgreens ( near Poplar/highland) for me and still did get a resolution. I finally talked to I think he was the pharmacist manager (young Caucasian male in a white lab jacket) I wish I had gotten his name, he was the only one who finally tried to explain to me and he was very apologetic about not understanding why their system would not allow me to get my meds and offer to help when I found another pharmacy to make it easier to switch. I've been getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens for over 20 years, and because of how this situation was handled, I will probably never want to go back after I get my meds switched. Im so disgusted with how they did this, very inconsiderate. They have millions of customers, so I guess one doesn't matter. That's how they made me feel.

Horrible service! Inconsiderate people. They are not helpful at all. Was not able to receive meds needed for my child because they did not know how to enter my insurance. Would not recommend zero out ten. Have your meds filled anywhere but here!

They need help at this Walgreens, a lot of help. They are struggling very bad, never have enough help. They always got new people, long lines, and nobody know what’s going on or what to do. The pharmacy part just needs to shut down, they can’t run it.

Lady working the pharmacy was not good at multitasking and definitely very rude and disrespectful. Asked me multiple times about my name and DOB she seemed confused and after she'd ask me each time she'd disappear for long periods of time. Just wanted to get my prescriptions I guess I'll be transferring to a different walgreens don't recommend

I have been with this pharmacy for 20 years..10 years on the same med called in by same doctor every 3 months..I always pick up my prescription the day before I'm out.. since the 1st of the year I have had nothing but trouble.. have to fill now on the day I need to take it.. but now since Monday is memorial day I have to wait until Tuesday.. so no meds for Monday so I'll be a customer at the ER.. found out from the clerk they got a new manager in December.. that explains that..I hate to leave this location after 20 yrs but I'm having complete anxiety knowing what's gonna happen to me come Monday.. so I'll be switching pharmacies

The pharmacy the staff is wonderful now !! I agree with most, the employees before this new staff it was awful !!! making the pharmacy dept a disaster! I’m sorry to say this, but it steered me & my family plus many other complaining customers away Although now everything is great better than ever !! There on the ball Perfect actually the new staff is awesome ! Madison is my favorite I so appreciate her kindness shes very precise it’s all positive vibes now the new girls there are amazing also plus the pharmacist they are wonderful !! always so helpful they make you feel welcomed!

This place is a disgrace of a pharmacy, and the pharmacy manager Amanda is the rudest person I’ve ever met! She was mad I didn’t call my script in ahead of time and made me wait two hours out of spite even tho nobody was even there to make them busy! I will never fill a script here again or even walk inside this Walgreens or any other one

These reviews aren't lying.total disgrace.i was refilled a prescription over the phone told it would be ready at 10 .call to confirm before I went to bed told not ready maybe by 2 pm ..okay find when I drive 30 sum minutes from Memphis to this hell hole it still wasn't ready.i was told another 15 minutes .I come back to be told not in stock .it will come another day.these ppl don't check for prescription they don't give a dam how much gas or time u waste .they inconsiderant unconcerned in plain out incompetent... pissed me off .wait time is ridiculously

Worst pharmacy ever I took a covid test the lady said I’ll call you with results before we close I stay up till 10 wait for a phone call so I call the next day I’m on the phone for 2hours in line I’m headed up there now don’t waste your time with this pharmacy it need to be shut down
