Walgreens either needs to hire better or more people. I could see being busy from time to time but, when you have to skip two doses of medicine because they are too busy, is unacceptable. I've been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over 30 minutes and it's always like this

My husband went to pick up my script . They close at 8 he sat in line from 7:10 with 6 cars in front of him and he got up to the window at 8:02 the woman in the pharmacy said we closed and you can come back at 9 tomorrow. That is horrible why would you not help someone if they told you they had been in line since 7:10. I hope that lady never needs help from other people. That was the most horrible thing she could do to some one. He explained he was there waiting.way before the closed. I will not be using walgrees and taking my business else where. One star is being nice

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! Prescription was sent in weeks ago and when I get there to pick it up they tell me it will still be another week because they never ordered it. That’s horrible customer service and shows they have absolutely 0% care for people’s health. If I could pick less than 1 star here I would.

Lady Manager is very rude evert single time I go in this store. It seems to be to only white people. Believe me,I wouldn't say this if it wasn't true. Some uppers need to know this. If you don't want to serve certain people then you need to get another job. Would give a 0 if I could. NEVER RETURNING!!!!!!

If you are purchasing a register rewards deal do not walk away from the register no matter how many people are behind you until your catalina prints or a manager credits you the money in walgreens cash. I left the register, wrote walgreens who told me to write catalina, who asked me to submit a proof of purchase and deal, and a couple of weeks later catalina shipped me the coupons that should have printed in mail. I took them to the store today where a cashier and store manager told me they are fake. That was mortifying, I can not belive this is what I get for trying to save a few dollars. So, I wasted more time talking with walgreens and calling catalina company.. and you know what I have learned after they wasted hours of my time that should have been eliminated by keeping their printers working? I have learned that shopping at this store is not worth my time.

The entire pharmacy techs were rude and incompetent! TheTechs in the pharmacy need to work on customer service skills!They had no manners! They were very inconsiderate!

I come to this location often and everyone is always very friendly. It was my first time going to this pharmacy and I received a flu vaccine. The pharmacist was very sweet and social. John in the pharmacy also helped set up my vaccine and he did a fantastic job. My check-in process was smooth. The young lady at the front cash register was very nice and helpful also. She greeted me and thanked me during my while I was cashing out.

The best experience I’ve ever had here was with Charlotte in the pharmacy. I was getting ready for an out of state trip. She was informative and helpful with my medication needs.

I went to get my COVID booster at our regular Walgreens at 2996 Church Rd E. They referred us to this Walgreens 1011 Goodman Rd E in Southaven for my 16 y/o son’s COVID booster since our Walgreens doesn’t carry Pfizer. The super nice lady at our regular pharmacy (2996 Church Rd E.) even CALLED and spoke with Jeanette and specifically asked could we come Saturday morning without an appointment. I went to this Walgreens yesterday to get prescription filled and to see what else I might come across. I was looking for an eyeliner I get at Walgreens else where, but it seemed to be know where in sight. I was most excited to discover Maui brand shampoo had Neem oil in them, for I can not stress the incredible benefits of the tropical tree and it properties. It was known in sanskrit the oldest written medicine and was referred to as the village pharmacy. I also like the other clean aspects of Maui line. I took a gamble on a different eyeliner and got my favorite burt's bees lip balm. I enjoy the peppermint and vitamin E, it feels effective and i enjoy the smell!

Incredibly slow pharmacy. Drive thru is simply not serviced or neglected. Lines don’t move for 10+ minutes at a time. This happens quite frequently. Edit - now at over 40 minutes in line.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. The Dr Lady at the pharmacy would not call my insurance for my son to get his medicine covered. I called the insurance company and they said the pharmacist had to call them. Now she wants to send me to another pharmacy for them to call. What kind of service is this? Lazy Lazy Lazy people everywhere now days. I am beyond upset right now. I ended up having to pay full price for o be able to take my son his medicine.
