Just left the store attempting to purchase a needle. I informed the tech that I needed a 1 inch or 3/4 inch 22 g needle. Her eyes get big and she runs to get her co worker. Middle aged white lady comes to the window and demands to know what I need the needle for. I told her an IM injection. She demands to know what I am injecting several times. Also asks where I fill my medicines. Then proceeds to tell me that it’s the law that she know. At this point II informed her that I am a nurse and that it’s not the law and it’s actually against the law for her to ask any of my health information. There was no medical need for her to know anything about my medical profile. I came in for a specific needle. She then gets the pharmacist who was a saint. I have purchased needles before no problem, no questions, but today the law changed and I need to provide my personal information. I was profiled and have never been embarrassed like this. She did this in front of other customers. I have seen needles being sold to people who were a different race than me and there were no questions. When does a pharmacy tech needs to know your whole life story to sell you a needles 1 single needle. She was very rude, entitled and degrading. I pray that no one else has this experience

I was in line 15 till 8:00 at the drive-thru there was one car in front they waited 15 minutes to give them their medicine when she drove off I pulls up at the window and they were pulling their blinds down they could care less if I was in line or not I went to the pharmacy inside the next day talk to Ryan the manager of the pharmacy Walgreens and he just blew me off he said they could do that if they wanted to it's not about the customers at Walgreens anymore it's about how quick they can go to lunch and how quick they can get off Walgreens is the rudest people I've ever met in business that is the pharmacy

I only deal with this walgreens because it's close to the house ...Things are always in the wrong place at this store!. I paid seven dollars more than what the actual sale price said because it was in the wrong spot. The manager Trent was so nonchalant and didn't apologize or anything..From my past experiences with Walgreens they would honor the price. because clearly your employees aren't putting things on the right spot!!

The automatic system told me that they were out of stock of my antibiotic and it would be days before they get it in. I called the pharmacy and asked if they could send my prescription to another location? I was told that NONE of the Walgreens had it in stock. They also said that if I found a pharmacy other than Walgreens that had it, then they could send my prescriptionto them. I called Walmart and it was not in stock. Something made me call my favorite Walgreens pharmacy on Church and Hwy 51. They had it in stock and filled it within a hour. Smh

Julie the Pharmacy technician was very short and not knowledgeable about nothing and Angie with the glasses was very rude but had some knowledge
They need better staff especially in the pharmacy I know everyone is short staff but you don't have to be that desperate that you hire unprofessional workers

Cashier didn’t ask if I a Walgreens account which made me lose $6 in savings and didn’t give me a receipt which I needed for my FSA. Cashier wasn’t mean definitely didn’t know how to do her job.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The white tall woman that checked me out today (can't remember her name) act very unprofessional. Any other customer would've thought I had a disease instead of COVID. I will NOT return to this pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy ever I Was told to come in after I had covid to pick up my medication and then was very much ignored and was rudely approached her exact words was “ ewww why are you in here “ after the other young lady explained too her she didn’t know after it’s clearly say through my medication I have covid I wish I knew her name but it same lady everytime I come in she always rude too me and other peers of my race honestly this is worst pharmacy I been too since I move to Mississippi this ridiculous the board pharmacy really need to examine this place and it’s sad that in todays time we still live in this despicable world of hate and honestly I believe she should not be able to work in this field continuously behaving the way she does

I don't recommend this pharmacy if you are in a hurry or sick they just do not care . I really tried to stay with them the male pharmacist was very nice and respectful but the female pharmacist is not nice. They make you sit for ever eventhough they say give me a few minutes it's always an hour or more. I do not recommend this Walgreens at all!
