Great experience. I usually hate going to cell carrier stores because of the wait and pushy sales tactics. This store and its employees are phenomenal. I was greeted immediately and promptly assisted by Jordan. He was kind, funny, personable, helpful, and professional. The store employees were all meeting with customers and taking their time, listening and offering helpful solutions. I was impressed. Good job, ATT Starkville!

This review is specifically for Tracey Burkhalter who is a Retail Sales Consultant at the store. If Tracey could give lessons to ATT the company (not the local store) in customer service, it would be a good bet that he would not have been helping me terminate my service from ATT today. Ausgezeichnet! (German for excellent!)

I called the store and asked did they have any s24plus phones. I was told they had two. I drove a whole hour and when I arrived he came out with a s23 and a flip phone and said they just sold a s24. So I was lied to. I was told they had 2. If they JUST sold one they should of had one left. So they lied to me just to get me in the store. Waste of a drive and I'll never go back to this location.

I have the insurance on electric appliances and I has had a bad experience with it, did a claim over a month ago and still don’t have no computer or nothing but they are saying nothing wrong with it.Also the guy that was helping me in the store named Adam was very nice and professional nothing he did wrong but the insurance is bad so that’s why I gave this score….
