Ordered a birthday cake. When we picked up the cake, the associate noted that the dye used in the writing icing had bled, causing the words to look bad. She shrugged, put the cake on the counter, and walked away without another word. The cake was tasty but ugly. I won't be ordering from them again. If I'm going to serve ugly cake, it might as well be homemade.

I appreciate how clean the store is and how nice the cashier are but I’m tired of bringing my mom chicken sausage from Georgia because this location doesn’t have it!
Update: This particular Kroger do sale chicken sausage but it’s ridiculously overpriced $5.97 or 5.67 so it looks like I will still be transporting chicken because I pay $3.99 what I’m starting to realize is that to eat healthier in these parts it requires you paying an enormous amount of money

Very disappointed that Kroger won’t add the points I didn’t receive on my last purchase. I felt as if I was on trial the whole time I talked with the representative. After 3 phone calls, still no resolution.

This review is for the Starbucks in the Kroger.Anytime I come shop to Kroger every other week there’s always no one at the Starbucks… workers take their full breaks but it’s odd how every time I come there, they’re always never there. Also, they are always out of something or one of their machines are broken. Their Frappuccino and cappuccino machine always broken and takes forever to get fixed up to a month sometimes. Terrible service. Never satisfied here. Only good thing is they do make my drinks right whenever someone is there.

I LOVE the fresh sushi here, to the point I choose it over restaurants. It's such good quality. I gotta say though, the new chopsticks that y'all have switched to are terrible :(

Outstanding! When we visit Starkville, we go to this Kroger. The atmosphere is pretty friendly, we have seen a man sitting in between the plant nursery. The inside is safe lots of produce, great staff. Outstanding home delivery. Love this Kroger.

Staff are friendly and I like shopping there except the prices are too high for me to be checking myself out every time. The software they have at the registers is awful and it's nothing to have the clerk have to come over 4-6 times per checkout. Takes twice as long as it should and if I need to train on your equipment you should be issuing me a w-2.

The best grocery store in the area. They have sales on meat(fresh) quite often. Fruit and vegetables are always fresh. Just a nice, clean store.
