I purchased some flooring over the phone and the product I wanted they had some but not all in stock. 15 days later I decided to change the product because what I ordered never came in and they had no information from the warehouse on when or if it would come. I didn't like that I found what I wanted from the columbus store but had to go to starkville for the return. They said I couldn't do the refund in columbus. It was just a waste of time and gas to have to go all the way to starkville when I could have just got what I needed from columbus.

Lowes usually has what you need but dont expect an online order to be ready unless its ordered several days before you plan to pick it up

Just moved to Starkville. Ordered 5000 dollars of appliances and misc to be delivered. In store service was good with friendly people. Delivery a different story. There were unforseen challenges and we worked through. However the fridge was left unhooked from water because they had wrong parts. They sent us to store to buy correct part. We were sold another incorrect part! They left house after 3 hours and just said hook it up yourself....NEVER AGAIN will they get any serious business from us. Called their installation dept today, sat...to for help just to find they are closed till Monday. Had to get a private plumber to come out and connect!

Bought washer and dryer.Paid to have it delivered and installed.Brought the wrong parts.Told me where to go to get the right ones ??????Did I mention I paid for them to install?Found more wrong parts.Going back to Lowes with the understanding I wasted money for them to install.

Went here because I've been doing some home renovations and employees have been super helpful with any questions I've had (And any returns I've made because I bought the wrong thing!) and never made me feel dumb for it. Every interaction was a kind one. Thank you guys!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST store. We went Tuesday afternoon to buy a washing machine because ours died. A lady asked if we needed help and as I was explaining she got in the phone and started talking to someone. So I stood awkwardly waiting. She called another person to help me. The other employee seemed great, they helped me find a washer with what I wanted they went to confirm Lowe’s had the washing machine in stock. They said it was in the back and we paid and were told it would be delivered Thursday. We make arrangements with work to be there for the delivery and no phone call. So I call and am told my delivery is a week from Thursday. I get a manager on duty and am told my washing machine is not delivered because it is still not at their store. I tell them what happened Tuesday, how I picked that washing machine because it was in stock. She tells me sorry there is nothing we can do. RIDICULOUS!

Went in to find flower pots and there was a great selection. But the plants were in terrible need of watering. They were so wilted and dry it would not surprise me if a whole lot of them has to be thrown away.

This Lowe's does well considering there ain't much competition. They sometimes struggle with item placement through out the store but once you get it down, you should be able to find what you need to easily.

They had a good selection of most items we needed. When it came to check out, there were 3 or 4 self-check registers NO HUMAN CASHIERS!!! The self check registers were not working correctly. Finally a young man came and checked us out. With having over $130.00 in merchandise one would think there would be one human operated register opened. This is a great way to loose business.

Buy your appliances literally anywhere else but here. My wife and I purchased a dishwasher (right around $1,000 with installation costs) a month ago. On the original day of installation the installer calls and informs us that they sold the dishwasher that we already purchased and they didn’t have another in stock. We had to wait over a week for a new one to be delivered to the store. Now it’s been there for a week and they still have not scheduled the new install. I have called frequently and when you can get someone on the phone they can’t give you answers after bouncing you from person to person on the phone and eventually being hung up on. This has been the most ridiculous and unprofessional process I have ever experienced. Go to Home Depot or anywhere else. You will be glad you did.

This Lowe’s is just over and hour from where we live but we try to get back here as often as possible…it’s never overcrowded and they have a great selection.We have had a positive experience with regard to customer service. We’ll definitely be back.
