The groomers finished a little early and my dog left looking and feeling happy. The groomers took time to listen to me list out my dog’s many health concerns before the groom as well. I warned them that he may need a muzzle for his nails as he typically doesn’t behave when other groomers do it, but the women working there told me afterwards he was unbothered during the trim and didn’t need the muzzle. The full groom cost me about $57 and my dog doesn’t hide in shame afterwards like he did with other groomers. I don’t know what these groomers do differently to make my dog so happy than other more costly groomers but I know that I do appreciate the love they put into their work.

Friendly and helpful. The one manager with the red hair and glasses knows so much about animals that she should be working for a zoo instead of a pet store.

If you need stuff for your animals they are one of the places I would suggest you to go visit bc they will work wit u to make it easier to afford by matching prices and they have a better understanding when it comes to things u need for ur pets and if ur looking for a cute Lil pet like a leopard gecko which I had bought from them they will tell you everything that it needs to make it have a good long loving life they are very helpful and friendly ppl it's totally worth the visit

The groomers are horrible. I don’t know if they are untrained or just plain lazy, but they don’t do well. I took my shih tzu and yorkie. Uneven cuts, didn’t do the faces or tails at all, just incomplete. Completely disappointing.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the dog halter collar (had to be pink) and advised my wife and I to exactly what we wanted and needed. We were out of towners, and knew the name. But were familiar with Tractor supply. Will be back in town in 3 weeks to revisit

Regarding the grooming service. Horrible. Didn't follow instructions, didn't trim the faces, ears, or paws of either of my dogs. The coats were uneven and poorly trimmed. Nails were not clipped. Yes, grooming is aesthetic, but it is also necessary to keep a healthy, happy pet. Don't trust Petsense with your pets.

The young Lady that checked us out was nice but there was this other Karen that works there that had an attitude and got loud with me. She was rude and nasty. She better thank God my kids were with me cause I’m trying to set better examples for them or else I woulda rocked her ish! I’m spending money in your store and you wanna act like a Karen? Gtfoh

I get my two large breed dogs brushed and bathed, deshedded, and nails clipped, there on occasion. They alway do a great job and both my dogs really like Karleigh!
