Terrible service you just stand around for 20 minutes waiting for help with no one in the bank. Bank sends all employees to lunch at the same time apparently. Never using this bank.

REGIONS BANK breached our fiduciary contract and acted as though my consumer rights do not matter. While trying to resolve this matter, they also coerced me into giving another Security Collateral to which I STILL received no benefit. If they don’t rectify this issue soon, I’ll be forced to file federal charges. Consumer, BEWARE! If given the opportunity, REGIONS WILL try to infringe upon your rights! Horrible experience, would not recommend. The loan officer that processed my Security Collateral was nice. Not nice enough for me to turn a blind eye to Security Fraud and Breach of Contract though. Be careful.

In my 40 some odd years with Regions (formally Union Planters) in various locations of Mississippi the Starkville branch has proved to be the best.

As customer with regions for over 5 years, they have only answered ONE of my phone calls. They also never call back when they say they are going to.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, for a well established bank it appears that they can’t keep more than one associate helping at a time. I get that it’s a brick and mortar bank and that there will be wait times, but to wait for 2 hours just for someone to help is insane.

I like banking with Regions. All the people I've encountered inside the bank have been very helpful and friendly; BUT THE ATM IS ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE! And they only have ONE self service ATM. It's ridiculous that I have to drive all the way across town to the stand alone ATM almost every time I need to withdraw money.

I called a month ago and "cancelled my account"Turns out my account was not closedI have called 10+ times with no answerI called the green line- got a lovely woman- she was very friendly and helpful- but she said it was closed and that I would get a confirmation email and i did not receive oneWhich makes me think i STILL have an open account potentially

I've been a region's account holder for over 20 years, and I've been on active duty for over 23 years, I've never had a problem with access to my account even in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Germany. For any problem I've incurred I've simply called and explained my situation and the problem was corrected.

THEY DON'T VALUE COSTUMERS.I got scammed and received a fake check. I cashed it using their app. They royal response was to block my account and kick me out of the bank. They said i will never be able open an account there. That's it !! We punish the victime. THANK YOU FOR BANKING WITH REGIONS.

Never been to this branch when you did not have to wait in line for long periods of time. Today 3 tellers had finished with just one customer in over 20 minutes..I just left ..

Opened up a savings account here for my daughter that was just born, I put maybe 175 in, they said it would be a standard interest bearing account. They lied and have been stealing $5 a month from it for the past year or so, I can’t access it at the moment because I’m an active duty soldier. There’s something incredibly dishonest about what they’re doing here. I would steer very clear of giving these people your money or even personal information.

DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! they steal! Over draw your account and say it’s “region’s policy” and that’s just the way that they take out transactions for purchases that’s were made DAYS AGO! they be finessing! At first they closed my account and wouldn’t let me use it because one of the workers wasn’t turning in any of my information & this happened TWICE! the big man that helps cash checks lied and said that couldn’t cash work check EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND ALWAYS CASH MY CHECKS THERE & lied and said that they have always been doing that way! Went to the drive through and they cashed my check with no problem! went to the atm and they always never try to deposit the right amount I put in always try to take money even though I bank with them! my sister deposited her money & it wasn’t even in her account she went up there asking why and they tried to tell her she never deposited money! LUCKILY SHE HAD HER RECEIPTS! then they told her they still couldn’t give her the money until they pulled the money out the atm and counted it. WELL THEY COUNTED IT AND LORD BEHOLD! IT WAS THERE. Ultimately THEYRE TRASH AND I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS SOON.
