Trash service got me fuming. For some reason I was ignored by the staff while browsing the deli counter so I left mad with no food.

Worst gas station in Starkville. Need to change hours also cause this gas station is NOT open 24 hours, they close between 3am-4am, so don’t waste your time like I did by going there. I definitely recommend fast break over this shell station.

The Bathroom was disgusting, dirty walls, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap or germx, sinks dripping, door is hard to latch shut! You can tell alot by a bathroom and this place sells alot of food. You think their bathrooms would be cleaner so the workers are more sanitary. The bacteria they must have throughout the store is alarming.

Have used this station for years. In the last year it has gone down tremendously. 1/4 of the gas pumps have bags covering them, 1/2 of them have buttons that don't work or card readers that don't work. and the 1/4 that actually work are out of receipt paper. The employees rather talk to each other about their personal lives than do anything that resembles work which leads to long check out lines. This use to be my favorite station and would rather buy Shell brand gas and diesel but I refuse to any longer.

I'm an egg roll connessiur... Egg roll down hill... have been good in past... even got decent sweet and sour sauce. I've gotten 3 lately on separate occasions that taste like pesticide. I won't ask for money back, carpet cleaning for spilling 3/4 tub of sweet and sour on the way to Sturgis or littering fine to keep from spilling 3/4 tub of sweet and sour. Just fix the problem. Nothing worse than a burnt plastic and pesticide taste to an egg roll sweet and sour can't cover up...

Typical Shell Convenience / Gas station. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms needed attention. Overall, it's an average gas station.

Deli visit, got the catfish. It's actually some of the best I've had. No muddy flavor and the potato logs are the best. Service was very gracious and quick. Great place for a quick snack or meal. Decent price
