Honestly, the start of getting the car was bumpy. They didn't have any cars and I needed to get out of town the next day. I called 4 times that day asking for updates w because I was impatient and nervous. At the end of the day, I called a hour before they closed and asked that I jus t please have a car in the morning. But they couldn't guarantee that because it all depends on when cars come in. (Also I had to get a specific car because insurance was covering it.) The next morning, I was ,sadly, that person that called as soon as they opened. They said let me see what cars we get in. About 30 minutes later, they called and said they had a car for me. When I get to the place everyone was so sweet, the two new guys, and the person that actually handed over the car to me. I had really pleasant conversation with them and loved them enough to bring them starbucks when I returned the car. Them being out of cars were not their fault and they were even going to call another Enterprise to come deliver me a car if they didn't get one in the day I had to leave town. I would recommend them.

I was skeptical whenever I was told I would have to get my rental from them. I picked up a rental and was calling them before I made it home. I did not feel safe in that vehicle at all. I went back the following Monday and expressed that I needed something a little more similar to my vehicle. They show me a white Toyota Camry with a cracked windshield and I sit in it and it IMMEDIATELY smells of Marijuana. I thought these were non smoking vehicles?? If someone does smoke, aren't they supposed to deep clean the vehicle?? i was not happy. I get a 2021 Dodge Charger and it's got a crack in the windshield. Customers are charged if an incident happens while in their possession, but why are the vehicles not fixed? I return the vehicle a week later and go inside to allow the employee to assess the vehicle. While outside assessing (I'm inside) I get a notification that my credit card was charged. Mind you, the insurance company was to handle all charges. The employee comes back in and I inform her that I was not to be charged and the insurance was supposed to take care of it. I was told that I would need to contact the insurance company to be reimbursed. Why???? You could reimburse me OR you could call them yourself. 1. even if I WERE responsible to pay this, what if I wanted it on another card? 2. I should have been asked BEFORE being charged if it was okay that they go ahead and run my payment. I've been trying to contact enterprise all day and my call keeps being "disconnected". I just want my $157.91 back.

Set up an appointment to be picked up from a car repair shop by enterprise at 8 AM. I had little faith they would actually show up on time and here I am 35 minutes later. Glad my work schedule is flexible and I have an understanding employer otherwise I would be out of a job right now.

Just spent 40 minutes renting a car. Long lines. Clientele arguing with representatives about company policies for car rental. Car has a placard in it about their efforts to clean and sanitize, and the interior of vehicle is filthy. It has obviously not ever been wiped down or vacuumed following its last use. Not the kind of service we've come to expect from enterprise.

The manager doesn't care about the customers and neither do the employees. Been renting with enterprise for years and thanks to this one branch I will never rent from them ever again. The whole group of employees are bunch of thieves and crooks. 6 min late for drop off and did not follow through with the 30 minute grace period. Will nickel and dime you all the way. The manager Bobby will talk down to you and is not there to help. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this firm let alone this company.

I could repeat the story from Eoki M. on 12-6-2013. I learned a valuable lesson about making a video of the rental car BEFORE EVER OPENING THE DRIVER'S DOOR!!!! Same experience as Eoki. Rushed me through. Rude employees. Now I have a new issue. I was supposed to be billed $83.00 for the use of the car as Enterprise had an agreement with State Farm Insurance. I had my car in the shop for repair and Enterprise of Starkville, MS was the car rental business that State Farm directed me to for the best price. I was finishing up my year end stuff for 2016 and I noticed the following incorrect billing by Enterprise. 9/22/16 I was billed $230.55. I called Enterprise to get them to correct the billing. 10/4/16 I was credited $147.55 This totaled $ 83.00 Which was correct. Then on 11/18/16 I was AGAIN billed $147.55. This made the amount I paid $230.55 instead of the quoted $83.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today, 08/03/17, I am going to attempt to get my money back from Enterprise of Starkville, MS in the amount of $147.55. I'm not holding my breath but if I don't get it back I will contact the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous!!!! I will NEVER do business with these guys again!! I'll post what I find out from my conversation about the over charge...... :(

We initially picked up our car in Jackson. We had a hard time fitting our car seat into it. We came here to swap out our existing car. They swapped our car for us, with no problem. Both gentlemen were very helpful. Excellent customer service!

Do not use this specific Enterprise! I am active duty military and I have used many Enterprise before. However this specific Enterprise took my reservation and decided to give the car I rented away and told me I would have to get a bigger/more expensive car.

BEWARE!! This car rental company will charge you for damages to a car even if you are NOT responsible. I'm wondering if this is not a scam on their part. First impressions mean a lot! When I started to open the door to this business, a male employee was walking out and I noted that he did not hold the door open for me. Rather, he exited the building before I could walk in. I find this RUDE, but I thought, eh, I'll give him a break. When I walked in, a female employee was talking about some scratches to a car that had been returned. I made a mental note that I should be careful when inspecting the car and hoped that she would be the one who inspects my car on the way out. She then started helping me check in, however, she seemed to be tasked with answering the phones as well. I swear she answered it five times while I was trying to get my car. Moreover, she didn't even apologize for the interruptions. So completely RUDE! Before showing me to my car, she was reassigned to another task and the first employee showed me to my car and noted some scratches on the trunk, but otherwise nothing. I looked at the car and did not notice anything else in particular. (Looking back on this, the weather was bad and the car was parked parallel to other cars, so you could not step back a few feet and study the entire car.) So, I just returned my car, and the female employee from the first day came out to inspect it and found a scratch on the hubcap! (Where apparently someone had hit a curb.) It was not that bad, but I asserted that I had done no such damage to the car and had not even parked it at a curb. She continued on her way and added a charge to my bill without even telling me that she was going to, nor, did she have a manager talk to me about the situation. I reasserted that I did no such damage to the car. Another employee (the manager?) insisted that I was responsible for it anyway because I had not noted it on the initial inspection. I told him that I wanted to see all the previous inspections done on the car and they could only produce one that had noted no damage, but they could not produce all of them. Now, I understand legal contracts and how they work, but this was a minor scratch and NO ONE was giving me any kind of empathy or kindness. I told them that I was going to dispute the charge and never use their business again. He said that was fine with him. This company was rude from the beginning and I believe that they are charging customers for minor damages that they are not responsible for. and I'm sure they are not going to repair it. So, if you bother to rent from this place, I suggest that you inspect it very well AND that you take pictures of the car before you leave the parking lot.
