I was unhappy because I couldn't find the size and they couldn't order my size. I sent an email to the home office and they told me they didn't have it either and for me to order in the stores close to me. I responded I had checked with the stores and no other response was given.

I Called the Shoe Department after my son reached out to me. He needed shoes to start a job. He is at MSU and took a job on campus. I checked Amazon but they would all arrive too late. I called the Shoe Department and spoke with Amber. She was able to locate what I was looking for and even went a step further and sent me a photo of the shoes to make sure that was what we needed! That, my friend, is great Customer Service!!! Keep up the excellent work Amber!

The woman that is always there is great! I'm not sure if she is the manager but she goes above and beyond good customer service. Please frequent this store for great prices and staff that is exceptional.

I went into the store today to buy a pair of work shoes before I went to work. Two team member on the floor didn’t greet or assist me to find a pair of work shoes. I just moved here and this was my first time in the store and probably my last. I didn’t know where the work shoes were located I had only 30 minutes to get to work. I heard them tell a person who came in looking for the manager she is on a conference call. Just disappointed!!!
