This facility is run Down and over priced. I was able to get a unit in Columbus for half the price. No one ever answers the phone either

The ladies in the office made renting a unit very easy. It is very nice and very much appreciated that the owners and management of Your Extra Closet recognize community organizations with discounted rental rates for 6 months.

I felt that it was overpriced for the quality of unit I had. In the unit, there were rat traps everywhere. I was told it would be a roll up door but it was a normal door. Property manager was never there during business hours to help with my code problems.
