“The people were ver ly professional at front office. I had a car wreck and they towed it and were very cooperative. Opt to visiting instead of calling if your vehicle was towed by A1, they sometimes dont pick up the calls.”

“Last night my daughter locked her keys in her trunk, luckily it at happened at MSU and she was able to wait in her dorm room for the driver to arrive. First we called AAA and had a terrible experience with a tow truck company, then I found Atlas. Called them, told them what was going on, and within 30 minutes a driver was calling my daughter and telling her, he was on his way. I spoke to the driver as he was heading to her and told him what was going on, and about the other company, and he was very polite and understanding and told me he would do his best to help her. I’m in Florida and already freaking out about the storm since she’s never been in snow and now this happens. Within minutes of him arriving, he was able to go through her backseats and get her keys and he was on his way. Thank you so much to the driver and this company. I know who I will be calling from now on if there are any more issues.”
