My friend and I recently had a quite unpleasant experience at the postal service office. We were assisted by an older, tall, thin gentleman who told us we needed to pay $20 and present an ID, like a driver’s license. My friend didn’t have a license, but he did have his passport, which the employee accepted.
After we filled out the form, the employee said everything would be ready by the next day, maybe Tuesday or Thursday, and that they would set up the lock or key mechanism then.
However, as we were about to leave, he suddenly claimed we hadn’t paid and made us pay another $20, even though we had already done so. It was hard for my friend to defend himself since he doesn’t speak English, and the employee was quite rude and unsympathetic.
In short, we felt poorly treated and ended up paying extra due to a lack of clarity and empathy.

Terrible!!! Some day we don’t get mail. We subscribe to newspapers, but because of them some days they just decide not to run. Can’t get anybody at the post office!!!!

I've heard a lot of bad things about this location; however, my experience was a pleasant one. I had a package that was somehow delivered to Alabama, but a really pleasant and knowledgeable employee named Tiffany searched and located my package. In addition, she called me every other day to let me know that she had not forgotten about me. Tiffany went above and beyond her duties. Thank you again, Tiffany.

Rude, they yell at customers, do not answer phone. Missed package pickups. If I could give 0 I would.

i wish you could give zero stars. USPS has returned my package for the second time without a valid excuse. This is the second time I’ve ordered something and it’s delayed because of USPS. You all need to fix your communication system and let customers know why they’re packages aren’t being transmitted. This is absurd and I’m fed up. Do better.

My package went from Virginia, to Orlando, to Memphis, to Birmingham, to Montgomery, meaning it went very out of the way, twice. It’s late now, and nobody can give answers why.

The incompetence from this establishment is disheartening. I put the correct address on my package and this lady never opened my PO BOX because of her it has been 2 weeks of going back and forth trying to track it down… this should not be my job someone should have answers !

Dear sir
They are dropping off my package ? at someone else house. Aug 16th the mail person passed by my house without delivery my package.
My Alexa said package was delivered. I didn't receive my package. Later that evening someone place my mail in my box without my package. Had to reorder my package.
Never had this problem with my old delivery guy.
Very upset ?

I have been trying to contact this office for days now about a package. I submitted a Mail Hold request online (which was confirmed) because I knew I had a sensitive package coming in that I needed to be at home for so it would not be destroyed by the heat in the mailbox. I am currently several hours out of town, and guess who received a package delivery notification despite the hold? Yup. Completely unable to get in contact with this office. 3 months of diabetes medication will be destroyed because of their negligence. Thanks so much!
