Very bad customer service in store. There were 3 people working in store while I was there for half an hour!! Two of them was with customers and other one didn’t bother to come and help. He showed up after the new customer came to store.

This is the most ridiculous mess I have ever dealt with in my life and I wasn't even the one getting a phone! On a family plan, instead of upgrading the phone and the number they were given right there in the store they used my number! I'm at home and realize my phone is not working..I am without a phone for hours! I was blessed and able to get access to another. I tried calling the store, but all you are given are "1(800)" numbers..I asked the person I spoke with to connect me to the Starkville store and she asks me for their address! I told her if they didn't know their stores location to Google it. She ends up sending me to someone else who then tells me all calls go to them. You apparently can't talk to anyone in the store..HOURS LATER I finally have service to my phone. They won't have my business much longer. My advice, don't give them your business either..

Dee and her staff in Starkville are awesome! We drove from 30 miles away to come to this store because we always get great customer service!

Verizon cell service in this area is garbage. Complete garbage. Others have complained but Verizon does nothing but respond with a lame apology. They do not care. I'm going to have to switch my daughter's cell service to a competitor.

Had to call 911 the other day and had to drive about 2 miles from my home to get a signal. The service used to be great at my house but in the last year or so it has been getting worse.Verizon wireless has gotten to be worthless when needed in an emergency and any other time.I am changing companies so if there's ever another emergency.

We had a bad experience with a phone purchase but when we talked with the manager, Najla, she went above and beyond to make everything right. We appreciate her quick response and sincere concern for the trouble we had.

I cannot express the level of unprofessionalism that I encountered at this store. I came in to get a prepaid phone my grandparent's purchased fixed or replaced. The two salespersons that I talked with did not offer any options to help nor assist me in the problems, instead referring me to call the Verizon Customer Support number. I came into the store because the company's customer support was a joke. Before coming to the store, I had to search google to find a working number for company, and then took several tries before I was able to get assistance to help me activate a Prepaid phone. When the phone did not work, I went into the store for help, and received none. They did not really even attempt to help me with my problem, never offered assistant with my phone, and never offered to reach back for a manager to see if they had more ability to help with our problem. I would never recommend this business. I hope to never have to come back here again.

This is the real deal. Quit messing with the stores that are not corporate and go straight here. They know their stuff. Ashley Britton took her time with me and she should be commended for her professionalism and knowledge of the situation and her patience in handling it.

I just wanted to say thank you to Micahael Gunn for exceptional service yesterday. He walked me through the steps to set up my new phone and was patient with all of my questions and did not rush me. He was super nice and I feel he is a great asset to the Verizon store in Starkville. If you need any assistance at Verizon ask for Michael you will not be disappointed.
