0/10 service! Called to check if they had a medicine in stock because my pharmacy won’t have it for a week and was met with the most rude pharmacist I’ve ever experienced. Hung up in my face all because I asked her to clarify that they did have it. Will never return to this pharmacy again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service!

A staff member of the pharmacy team wouldn’t allow me to purchase the medicine I needed from behind the counter and suggest I come back tomorrow, which I was there waiting in line as they served everyone

Not a very emphatic/sympathetic staff. There have been times when my medicine was not even ready until nearly closing time, and the staff has closed the windows on customers IN LINE. I understand wanting to get off and enjoy your day, but I also believe that there should be an amount of compassion displayed from individuals in this line of work. There’s also not been one time where I encountered anyone friendly on the staff. I’ve visited this pharmacy for 3 years. No one makes eye contact, and they seem to be irritable every time.

The most disorganized, chaotic pharmacy! They called me to pick up my medicin, I go there, they say well we just have 20% of it, so come back when we call you. The same exact thing happen 3 more times. Asking me to pick up the medicine or they will cancel it, I go and yet again, it is not ready. Picking up medication has turned to a nightmare with these guys. You never wait less than 30 minutes, but plan for an hour or so!! And they are NOT friendly!

The pharmacy needs to be redone. At any given time there is only one girl working the front. Sometimes the girl at the window has to run the front and the window.

The pharmacists are incredibly rude, condescending, and never apologize for their obvious mistakes and instead lie about them to make it seem like it was your fault. Put up with it for a long time because of the convenient location, but I’ve reached the end of my rope today. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

I have been working in the medical field for just over 20 years and have never seen as much malpractice in one facility as going in behind these doors. I am not one to step on toes but when it comes to the health of the ones we love these things can not be taken lightly and should be pursed by the fullest extent of the law Mrs.Yolanda could not coherently run a Wendy’s drive through more to less a medical facility and The women that work here she is doing a disservice too. With that being said I am opening a lawsuit against the practices of Mrs.Yolanda along with the work place environment she represents, if anyone reading this has been mistreated, Misrepresented or have suspense of malpractice from this particular pharmacy please reach out so we can gather the Necessary information.

My wife had surgery, we were over an hour from our local pharmacy. For a script for her surgery they said it would be over an hour. So she is just supposed to sit in the car and hurt. To wait on them. This is beyond irresponsible. This is a terrible business an i am appalled that they would do such. I hope they have to be treated this way and feel as my wife does.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. I have currently been in line for an hour waiting on my prescription. I also refilled it yesterday and couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t ready yet. So here I am the next day after already missing a day of medicine waiting in line for an hour. Not to mention the workers are extremely rude. I didn’t tell you to be a pharmacy tech so don't be rude to me for expecting you to do the job you’re paid for.

It takes more than two hours just to drop a prescription off at the drive-thru.. they need a better system; at least let the customers drop off and come back later to pick up.. just waiting in a long for that long is ridiculous

Went in with a question, and asked this elderly woman with short hair and glasses. She was very rude and seemed almost upset that she had to talk to me. Answered me with an attitude and was just very rude about it.
