If you want something done right or on time stay far away from this Walgreens. Ran terribly. Nobody ever at registers. Pharmacy doesn’t even know how to work their own system.

The service and attitude of this location is toxic. The ting that concerns me about the people is how rude they are to the older clientele that are just trying to get their medications filled. It seems like they are being punished for being elderly and a bit slower in answering questions. Someone should o an undercover boss or news report on this company.

Okay I understand short staff but this is the third time I’ve went to the pharmacy to get my kids medicine and their not their or short staffOr their just fixing on it and it’s really annoying when I have to wait to get my child’s medicine the next day!

Disappointed again by the service at the Walgreens pharmacy. This was the 3rd strike for us at this Walgreens location. Save yourself the agony and go to a local business like BJ’s family pharmacy a couple blocks away.

Incompetent women that run this location. The qty is always wrong. If my Dr prescribes me a qty of 90, they only fill 30 and when I question why they can’t follow instructions they get an attitude. Like seriously. How is it that I have to call and explain to my doctor and insurance company that the qty I was prescribed is not what I received. This stupid practice is creating a problem with my doctors because they are questioning why am I returning for a med refill in 3 months versus 6 months. And I’m having to explain that instead of giving me 90 pills like I was prescribed, I’m given way less. In the past I’ve let them get away with it but this is creating an issue for me with my insurance and doctors. I was told by them to return in 30days to get the rest of the medication and in the past I did exactly that and guess what? The staff told me, “ it’s not time for a refill yet” Huh? It’s creating too much confusion. I refuse to deal with this and I won’t! Switching my pharmacy asap! I waited all day and missed a dose for them to get the qty wrong. When I attempt to get the amount correct they say it’s only a certain amount when the information is right there in the system and yet they give excuses. Why do I have to sit and wait forever for my meds, pay you all AND turn around and explain something that was prescribed to me should be given in FULL. I’m starting to think they don’t know how to read, count, or comprehend but I’m not paying to be disrespected while waiting forever. I’ll be turning them in to the FBI for what I believe is theft. That country, back road, half talking manager needs to be fired

Rude employees! Have a broke foot with a boot on and 2 older employe ladies just pushed me out of the what while I was shopping with a big inventory cart. Should have read review before using this store. Never again.

I AM HIGHLY FURIOUS!! WENT TO GET MY DAUGHTER MEDS FILLED AFTER SHE GOT OUT OF ER LAST NIGHT WITH STOMACH PROBLEMS! THE LADY ASKED FOR MY NUMBER, SO SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT WAS READY! I WAITED AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PUT MY STUFF I BOUGHT IN MY CAR AND WENT BACK IN TO CHECK ON THE MEDS WHEN I SEE THE LADY WALKING PASSED ME SHE ASKED IF I GOT MY MEDS I TOLD HER NO, SHE SAID WE ARE CLOSED NOW. I TOLD I NEED THOSE MEDS CAUSE MY DAUGHTER JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL! SHE KEPT ON Saying I'M SORRY! ASKED WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW? THAT SHE COULD TRANFER TO Another pharmacy!WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!
