My son went to schedule appointment at Starkville, MS Wal-Mart to have tires installed 9 days after being order. Only one tire showed up. They would not help or tell him when others would come in. Autocare will not answer phone. Held +1 hour for store manager but never came. Now main switchboard does not answer. Spent + 1 hour with corporate and got disconnected. Miss State should BOYCOTT this location.

Had to have a single tire replaced, was the 2nd person first thing in the morning. Took 2 hours to get done. Staff is friendly, just seems the fellas doing the tire changing have no kind of sense of urgency

Did a good job on my vehicle but took 4 1/4 hours to get to mine after saying it might take 3 hours at most. I appreciate the service but it seemed as if the workers were moving really slowly every time I looked over to see what was going on.

The associate had excellent phone ettitique. Unfortunately working on the service department she had lil knowledge of the questions asked and I was placed on hold twice. Opinion is that associates working with the service area know what services are available and which services are not.

These guys got my tires off and new ones on really fast. They were extremely helpful and especially made me realize I should learn a bit more about basic things about a car. I have went there for years I wish I could have gotten the guys name and pic for you all that always stops what he is doing to help me and my kids out!

Never experienced a set of more apathetic and lazy people in my life. Needed a simple tire replacement. Dropped it off, said it would be an hour. 5 hours passed and got hung up on every time I tried calling for an update. Didn’t do a thing to my car, I took it somewhere else. No one there cares a bit, horrible, rude, inconsiderate customer service from everyone I interacted with.Service: Tires

I have heard horror stories about this place but honestly this was a great experience the staff was friendly and service was fast so I had a tire replaced I would recommend anyone to go here

Checking in was quick and convenient, and I got a good price on a set of 4 good tires. My only complaint was the tech not reading the order notes, resulting in my getting the wrong tire held over as a spare. Otherwise great.

I would not recommend anyone to get an oil change from this place. I got my oil changed and literally didn’t even drive my car a good 700 miles and it started ticking. I checked the oil and there was absolutely no oil in my car. I added oil and it immediately leaked out. I called them and they asked could i add oil to make it to Walmart but when i got there i was met with nothing but attitude and they was very unprofessional. I took videos and pictures every time i checked the oil and it immediately leaked out. After they was done checking the oil the manager said my car was over on oil but that is not true because i checked my oil while it was cold and after it had ran a while and there wasn’t any oil in my car at all. The manager said my car had a oil leak but after changing my oil this was never mentioned at all. I also took my car to the car shop before i came to Walmart and they did find the problem and told me i should immediately take my car back to Walmart because it wasn’t an issue they wanted to get in because they wasn’t the ones that changed my oil. I can tell the Walmart employees also added some type of oil or lubrication because before i left home when i checked the oil everything was dry but after they claimed they checked my car out this oil or lubrication was everywhere. Yes this is an issue that i told them my lawyer will be involved with because this is a situation that could have been resolved but instead they are trying to give every reason why it’s not. If there was a way i could add every video i took i surely would because this is ridiculous.
